My son is a big fan of the Ban Mi with grilled pork, and we also enjoyed the charbroiled pork vermicelli with egg rolls. Every dish was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. “Friendly service when you call on the phone... although there might be a slight chance of 'lost in translation' I had asked for Oolong Lemon Iced Tea and when I got there it was Jasmine Green Tea with Lemon but turns out it was delicious and refreshing so HA!!!

I used to drive by this place all the time and the few times I attempted to go they were closed, and last week I worked late on Friday and tried to call in an order around 8:45PM, google page has hours closed at 10:00pm - this is incorrect they close at 9:00pm. So I couldn't get something to eat as I was driving from work (Riverside) and wouldn't make it in time.

So last night I worked late and thought I would try them again. I ordered the Eggrolls I wanted the traditional Vietnamese ones but I got the Shrimp Eggrolls instead (not a biggie) and the Cream Cheese Rangoons... after I placed my order they called back almost immediately to say they were out of the Rangoons so I ordered the Pork Banh Mi (pronounced barn me) instead - HOLD ON TO YOUR HATS cuzzzz Honnneyyyyyyy

That Banh Mi was so goshdurn delicious!! so good in fact that I didn't manage to take a photo LOL it was wrapped in hardy white (sandwich) paper with all the trimmings (pickled Julienne carrots, daikon, cilantro and jalapenos) in a ziplock and LET (hand clap) ME (hand clap) TELL (hand clap) YOU!! that french bread was perfecto! I really am sorry I didn't pause long enough to capture it but OH well next time I'll be sure to do so ((smile)).

Parking lot was empty but I got there slightly before closing so it figures. There were 2 people sitting eating and they had an entire booth full of food in front of them that looked and smelled AMAZING. I'm happy to have found another 'comfort food' spot so close to home. BTW the young lady at the bar was so nice but the 3 people that worked there that were near the exit when I left never said "Bye or Thank you for coming" - and you KNOW I'm in Hospitality and every impression counts I'm ultra aware.

They come in huge bowls! I hadn’t had pho in years & this hit the spot. Customer service is great and the inside ambiance was cute & decorative.“

“This pho place is quite busy. We dined here for the first time. It's a very typical Vietnamese restaurant. Nothing fancy, normal Asian service where you're there just to eat and go. Not much interactions between servers and customers.
The food is fine, nothing special to mention. One thing really stands out is their prices. They are able to keep their prices pretty low. Both of us had noodles and tea and the tap came out to be about $26. I think that's a bargain now days.
If you're hungry and just looking for something Vietnamese and don't mind the atmosphere or service, and budget is what you have in mind, especially for large groups than you come to the right place.“

“This family-owned business usually never disappoints. We love the veggie pho because the broth is vegetable based, not chicken stock. The vegetables are always cooked to perfection and the portions are decent. On our last dining experience, we ordered the vegetable dumplings which came out very quickly. At first bite, I realized they were not vegetable but some kind of meat. While the place was busy, we couldn't find anyone to flag down fast enough before they delivered the correct order because the first one was chicken dumplings. Other than that, it's a good place for yummy food at good prices.“

“I love their garlic noodles and steak. I saw someone give a 1 star because the portions were not big enough and had to say that isn't fair. They don't pretend it is a ton of food and it's quality. The packaging costs little in bulk. Food prices obviously are not cheap. Welcome to food inflation.“

“Friday 8/9/24 Dinner at Golden Noodle & Grill in Rowland Heights. I’ve ordered #38 Roasted chicken on tomato rice. It is so crispy outside flavorful and tender inside; so delicious. This restaurant is a hidden gem which makes delicious Vietnamese foods with reasonable prices.

Long, service staff, was friendly and attentive to customers.

Van Huynh, restaurant owner & chef, has a great personality and cooks delicious Vietnamese foods. Dishes includes pho, broken rice, vermicelli, Chinese noodle soup, chow fun & mein, congee, Banh mi, Vietnamese deserts, milk shakes, and smoothies; all at a reasonable price. She took her time to greet me and even strike a pose for a photo which is posted on her Google map restaurant. Thank you Van!

The restaurant has nice decorations, clean, well lit, and well air conditioned on this warm day.

“Finally, a restaurant quality Pho places! It’s super busy but we got in quickly and didn’t wait long at all. We ordered the Pho special and Bun Bo Hue with extra meat on the bone. It’s really good! The best pho restaurant we have had in San Jose area. Well worth the wait and the price is very reasonable. We also got the spring roll and it’s delicious. The staff’s frequently refilled our water and tips included in the meal which makes it a lot easier for me actually. Will definitely the go to a Pho restaurant in town.“

“Favorite Pho spot or go to for a great cubed steak dish. Can’t ever go wrong with their #19- cubed beef with rice and salad. Always consistent in the quality of the dish along with a healthy portion of beef. Their pho with rare beef, cooked beef or charbroiled beef is incredible! Broth and overall balance of their broth/soup is amazing. Great family staff and customer service. Orders over the phone are always ready in 20 mins or less. I headed over to pick up the food which was ready in a timely fashion and went back work. As we were eating the food in walks a worker from the restaurant because they forgot to put shrimp in his rice. The dedication to service required to drive over to us to drop it off without us calling really shows the care they provide to their customers. We will definitely be back!“

“My son and I came to the Bank of America across the street and decided to give it a try. It was a good experience. We tried their boba drinks (blended taro and brown sugar milk) and they were both good. We also tried the Spring Rolls, they were fresh and tasted really good with the sauces.“

I was so happy to find this place! I'd had some flu symptoms lingering and woke up yearning for soup. Ordered the Chicken Noodle soup and also got spring rolls with shrimp by mistake. The soup was good! It had mostly bean sprouts, noodles, chicken slices and what I think was basil. It also came with Sriracha sauce, slices of peppers, and lime. This was just what I needed.

So far, I just tasted the shrimp spring rolls. They seem okay to pretty good. They came with a little bag of peanuts and sauce. They also had greens that I couldn't identify, but I was just glad they were included, for health reasons.

Overall, I'm super happy to find a noodle place where I can get 1) takeout soup and 2) real veggies as part of my meal. I'll be back!“

“I came into lollicup today looking for a drink, but what I didn't know is I would find is love and a hint of lust. The employee who armed the register was so delicious i got nervous and rode away on my scooter. She saw me fall on the cement and loose two of my front teeth. “I usually come here with my family since we have so many people and the tables can seat up to about 10 people which makes it really easy for us. Parking can be a hit or miss depending on the day but usually you'll be able to find parking. The menu is available in Chinese and English and there are also Photos for some dishes making it easy for you to order. The one thing that I love about this restaurant is that they have the lazy Susan and all of the dishes are proportioned to be family style so you don't have to settle on one dish for yourself, but have the opportunity to try a little little bit of everything. The food is extremely fresh, well seasoned and not too salty, and it comes out pretty quickly. We usually like to start out with the fish maw soup and work our ways through entrées like fried rice or the dry chow fun flat noodles. Then we choose a couple of proteins. I will say though the fish that I have here was $150+ so as good as it was I would not recommend it unless you are willing to spend that much. The staff are really quick on their feet and nice!“
