This a little gem in the heart of SF! Open late, tastefully/thoughtfully curated, with all the ‘fixings. It hit the spot for a midnight snack, done well. I write reviews for places I want to support, because they care about their product, their ramen is made with love and care! I had lunch at this small restaurant located just one block away from the Union Square. I tried only one ramen (the HINODEYA ramen) but was impressed.1. The noodle: I would described its texture as “Al dente” tender but chewy, not too soft and not too hard. High quality.2. An excellent place to eat Japanese food in Union Square, it also has other branches nearby in the financial area and China town near Kearny.The delicious ramen, there is a variety, the last one I tried was the tofu one, very delicious. Variety of accompaniments. Very attentive staff. But it fills up and sometimes you have to wait outside and in the cold that it is in San Francisco. Highly recommended ramen.
