“All I’m gonna say rude as customers go here. It was my first time coming here and the customers mostly Asian giving the cashier a hard time because of food taking long. The cashier was really young. Was one 2-29-24 around 6:30pn even tho customers were being rude to her she kept her cool and kept helping everyone else. I wish I had got the cashiers name. But she looked very young.“

For a long time I ask the combo with one sandwich, one piece of chicken and fries....for about $15. What can I say about this fried chicken...
I work in the astronomical community so I clearly do NOT believe in Alien life forms visiting our planet.
But THESE chickens are OUT of this world!!! Medium is my right level of spiciness not to hot to cry, not too mild to pass under the radar.. For me a non mexican hispanic, MEDIUM is the right ammount of joy that life needs. Meat is tender an juicy, the batter is crisp and not too thick, bun is never soggy nor dry nor hard.... fries are homestyle and the dipping sauce is the fatty complement to tame the wildness of the spiciness. I really would like to go one notch above medium......but I am not that brave yet... hopefully next time!!!!“

I had an amazing experience at this Juan Pollo! The food was absolutely delicious — the chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and tender, with just the right amount of seasoned flavor. The sides were fresh and flavorful, especially the potato salad, which has to be the BEST potato salad out there.

What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made sure everything was to my liking and served everything quickly with a smile.

“After so many times of having gone to this shopping center for the other stores, I finally took a chance to come in, and I thought it was pretty good! Staff was friendly, they were really patient with me. Food came out in maybe ~7 minutes or so, so that's pretty standard. I thought it was pretty good! Was reading some of the reviews saying there's no flavor? I don't know, maybe I've become such an old man👴🏻 now, I thought it was good. Not over-the-top. Someone said they barely gave any cheese over the fries? My observation was that they meticulously layered the cheese, so that it wasn't just a giant slab on top with nothing on the bottom. I've never been to any other restaurant that goes through that level of detail to make sure the right amount of cheese is evenly distributed across the fries like that! BRAVO!👏🏻 Shoutout to the 1pm crew! You guys are awesome!

Parking: If you don't see a spot to park in front, just park in the back. You enter the parking lot on the west side of the building. There's always an empty parking spot in back, but not as shaded.“

“I ordered Combo number one they were decent size sliders came a coleslaw and pickles it was absolutely amazing I got hot Flavor. The fries had a really nice season on ate every single bite I was full and I was happy this is way better than Dave's hot chicken. If you haven't tried it do yourself a favor and go. Did I mention it's a little cheaper than most hot chicken places. The girl is kinda cute too“

Had a bit of trouble getting attention from the person behind the counter to ask if our food was ready (it was, sitting on counter) and got no chopsticks, napkins, or sides (last time we got a small bit of pickled daikon or something and maybe that’s not normal but just a kind act that day because it took awhile for the food) but WOW the medium size was enough for both of us and the soy garlic is absolutely incredible. It smelled so good it was hard not to tear into on the short walk back home, love this place!!“

“This spot sells mesquite grilled chicken as a street stall. Prices are reasonable and their seasoning is SO good. Very good street food.

Included is: Grilled peppers, some salsa which was light and easy to dip, grilled tortillas, pickled peppers and onions, Spanish rice, and some of the best beans I've had. Beans were smoky sweet and flavorful with chicharron inside.

Would come back for some bomb grilled chicken that's for sure!
