“The staff member that helped me (purple hair and a nose piercing) made my first visit to Poke Tiki so pleasant that I want to go back. Their communication was clear and they helped me make such a delicious poke bowl! We need more customer service and kindness like this person—they made me feel welcomed. There used to be a bomb poke place next to my house off Trabuco but it closed about 3-4 years ago and I haven’t found a replacement yet. Tried a place close to this one and it reeked of fish the moment we walked through the door.
Saw this place on Google Maps, pulled into the parking lot and it just advertised drinks on the storefront. My wife and I were so deflated, but were hungry, so parked and we’re going to go next door. Once we walked up, we saw they did actually sell poke. Walked in, saw all the fresh fish, toppings, a great atmosphere and friendly staff. We ordered our bowls, LOVED them and can’t wait to make this a normal spot moving forward!!!“

“Listen, if you’re in RSM or the surrounding areas and have not stopped for a taco Tuesday, a poki bowl, chips & guac, a bowl or plate, then you are seriously missing out.
Even when they’re super busy Spikes in RSM takes the time to care about their people & make sure you leave happy. I love this spot, the people who work there & the food they put out! They’re the best fast-casual restaurant in town.

“I eat at wow poki more than anywhere else (besides my own restaurant) because I love their product. This is one of the very few poke spots anywhere that offers yellowtail or gluten-free ponzu or brown rice. That alone is worth 5 stars. The fish is almost always really fresh. Some days it's less so, but I know the fish market closes one day per week and I go anyway because it's that good. The owners are there a lot and they're always nice to me and my family. I usually get it to go, so don't pay much attention to the vibe. The only thing I'd change would be to add a fresh brewed tea option. Then I might just eat there every day.“
