It's great that there's pictures of some of the food and drinks on the windows because you get to see what they have before you come in. Even more pictures near the register. Menus without pictures are kind of boring.“

“We were in the area and searching for a boba place when we found Smoothie and Wings on the map just off East 14th. S&W has a huge dining area with two separate rooms with tables and chairs.We ordered a couple of drinks with the matcha and mango recommended by the workers. It was tasty and we were extremely happy with the $1 upgrade to their super size. We definitely come back again when we’re back in the area.“

“I live in Tracy and was craving bubble tea, my friend said that this is her favorite place to go to and she had a membership so we decided to go after church. There was somewhat of a line but it moved very quickly, a lot of people had the same ideas as us to come in for a drink. There was maybe four people in front of us but it only took about 2 minutes for us to get to the front, these workers move extremely fast and diligently. We ordered three drinks and my friend was able to get a reward which allowed her to get one free drink which was awesome. “Joe’s Pho is a family favorite, I have had several dishes, each one always being exceptional. But the highlight is definitely their pho! They have wonderful service very friendly atmosphere. Great food, clean location. Absolutely would recommend anyone to stop by in the area.“
