9 Best Seafood Restaurants in San Luis Obispo

“Lure has been one of my favorite seafood restaurants in California. So excited to see that they opened up one in San Luis Obispo. Had to try it out. The oysters are always fresh and did not disappoint. They usually have a fairly decent price on their whole lobster, although I did not have it for lunch that day. In addition to the oysters, I had the fresh ceviche. It was really good. Check it out when you’re in the area!“

“Contemporary Peruvian fusion spot with very attentive and friendly service and decent food. Our server was very friendly and helpful with good recommendations. We had the Peruvian paella and their version of a Caesar salad. Both were tasty and the portions were larger than expected. There was a lot of rice for the paella and a good amount of seafood. In our mind we do prefer the flavoring of Spanish paella a little more and maybe it could of used a little more spices. They gave us a complimentary glass of sparkling wine for our anniversary.“

“Love the food here, they do a wonderful meal. I have issues with all of the plastic that is used to serve the meals. It would be really nice to have bowls and utensils that could be washed and reused for eat in customers. A good example is The Oki Momo grill located on Broad street. I eat at Oki Momo more often than at Poki Rito because I can eat in and not throw away all of that plastic. They wash and reuse ;)“

“One of the best choices you could make when you’re feeling a little under the weather (or anytime really). I’ve been stuck at home with the flu and the beef pho really hit the spot. Not to mention, the delivery service was incredibly fast- My eggrolls were still crunchy. You can’t beat @Bites’ service and their attention to detail. Their to-go packaging on the pho is absolutely perfect, and the basil that came with it felt like it was freshly picked. All around- highly highly recommended!“

“Good vegan thai option in town. Staff is knowledgeable on how to make each dish vegan. There is an option to prepare each dish vegan when you order at the kiosk.
Got the pad see ew with tofu and garlic tofu entree - which were both very flavorful. Each dish came with a side of cabbage, which was nice to bulk out the dish. The house made spicy sambal was a nice touch as well.“
