“Fast service, pho delish. Spring rolls were lacking; half shrimp pieces rice noodle lettuce, that's it. I've had better, but the peanut sauce at least was good. Had to go outside and look at the window display to see what boba tea were offered. If go back for the pho but but the spring rolls.“

“I travel to this area for work and after working 14 hours or more, a bowl of pho is exactly what I need. I found this place on my first work trip and now I visit every time. I absolutely love the #10-rare steak and tripe pho. I also get shrimp only spring rolls. Everything is ready quickly, and tastes amazing. The restaurant itself is clean and relaxing. Service is fast and responsive. I'll always come back on my work trips!“

“Tried out this banh mi shop on our vacation and it was so good. We got the pork meatball sandwiches which were delicious. The seasoning was perfect and the meatballs were not dry like other places. The baguettes were crispy on the outside and soft in the center. If you come here, you HAVE TO get the Vietnamese coffee. We also tried the flan, which was good too.“

“We’ve been coming here for like 15 years. The pho broth is one of the best: deeply savory but not too salty or sweet. It could rival some of the more popular Westminster spots.

I’d say this pho is a step above any of those pho franchises like Kevin’s Noodle House or Pho Lee Hoa Phat.

Service is always quick, efficient and with a smile. Bonus: they’re open on Christmas until 3pm!“

Food was good and on par with other pho restaurants we’ve frequented before moving to Escondido. I do like that their menu is simple and straight forward. We ordered shrimp spring rolls, pho with rare steak and brisket, and taro milk tea. Our oldest (toddler) loves pho broth and noodles and he didn’t want to stop eating 😂 I know there’s a boba shop next door, but their taro milk tea was tasty!

Atmosphere is clean and relaxed. Our toddler loves the fan and the fish tank. Rated it 4/5 stars because there isn’t much decoration on the walls, but I know that’ll change as business builds.

Overall, we had good food and enjoyed our visit. We’ll be back!“

“I have been physically ill for a long time, often finding myself struggling to eat due to the amount of pain it causes me. I came across this place by happy accident a year ago and it has been my savior. On my worst days, when I can’t bring myself to eat anything at all, I tell myself “at least try to eat some pho” and it feels like a burden but once I take that first sip of broth its like my body comes to life and suddenly I am capable of eating. Willing, in fact. My go to is their rare steak pho and the meat is always so beautifully marbled and fresh, the broth is pleasant and savory, and the noodles are always excellent. The portions are also incredibly generous for the more than reasonable prices given the state of the economy right now. If you’re looking for good pho, or a pick me up when you’re feeling sick, definitely give this place a try“

“I come here almost daily because I am obsessed with their match Tres leches with matcha boba and egg pudding. It's a combination that lives in my taste buds memory. like the marriage between a matcha frappe with flan. At the family table came boba and a snow cap that easily translates to tantalizing flavors jumping for joy! Then the Bahn mi is packed with the perfect ratio of meat, picked carrots, cucumber, and JALAPEÑOS!!! I love a jalapeño that delivers and these always hit the mark. The fact that the ingredients are fresh and natural are major brownie points.“
