“We ordered the house combo and it was very tasty. It came with 4 meats(chicken,beef,gyro ,koftedes). All of the meat was juicy,tender and well seasoned. The rice. was fluffy ans delicious. The mixed green salad had tomatoes amd cucumber and was topped with a pickled cabbage and dressed to perfection. I only had a small bite of the pita because rhe meal was so filling. I can't wait to try the baklava we ordered. What a great find. I will definitely be going back to this restaurant.“

“This place is delightful in everything - hospitality, attention to details… checking if everythibv is to patrons’ liking… - we were offered to move to a larger table to feel more comfortable. Food is AMAZING. Just that. Ok, our group was probably hungry after a walk in cold weather. But the first drink of the Greek IPA, first bite of calamaris or octopus prepped to perfection, the delightful ceviche… - all felt heavenly.

Our whole group asked for second servings of aromatic beer (new to us), all souvlakis kinds were delightful. At the end, an amazing desert miraculously appeared, and I don’t even do deserts usually - ate it all and scraped the plate.

Highly recommended place to come for dinner or to stop for a drink + appetisers, and I am certainly hoping to be back soon.“

“We travelled from Maryland to experience San Francisco, found this local restaurant within walking distance of our hotel, and decided to give it a try. It was well worth it! “I decided to give it a try because Mediterranean. There are too many Italian and Asian places and I wanted something different.
Gives an I glad I did !

They have a great menu choice and although I don't remember the name of my dish it was lamb and it was amazing. Perfect temperature, amazing flavor, the rice was spot on and the salad crunchy and fresh.
I am not sure what stressing they used but I could drink that by itself, it was amazing. The lady who served me had a smile on her face and was super polite. The bread I got with my order was delicious.

I am absolutely coming back here and I will drag everybody here who asks me where to eat.

Next time I want to try their pizza so watch for that.

Kofta Kebap Plate.... I just returned from Sydney where I got to try and enjoy all sorts of meals so it was my desire to stop by Med. P&G for a Kofta Kebab plate.. and I am so glad I did.
The best was tender and flavorful, the gentle lemon dressing on the crisp salad was incredible, the rice really really good and the bread... I have no words.

“A great Mediterranean counter service joint with very reasonably priced wraps and plates. Their desserts looked good, but I'll have to make sure to save room for them next time lol.

You will be impressed by the food portion, quality, and price! I was never being able to finish my order! Long menu full of attractions and satisfying prices! The staff are so friendly and nice, very talented and always smiling, you will also find the owner himself serving and welcoming you with a lot of generosity and hospitality! “The decor and atmosphere is beyond beautiful along with the presentation 5/5 along with friendly waitresses who came by in the beginning but nobody followed up toward the end since it was self service menu online.

The Shawrma sandwich was 4/5
However the rice 🍚 plate with kabobs was 3/5, meat was decent but probably the worst rice I have tried at any restaurant. I just couldn’t eat, tasted stale something like you would taste from the previous day, I asked the server to get us another rice as it didn’t taste good as it seems like an old patch. He went back there and got me the same rice but warmer. I mean how bad can you mess up the rice. I would rather been told we don’t have any rice right now but we have a salad as alternative I would have took that than dealing with rice that I paid for and can’t eat.
I also go 2 sides of fries, 🍟 they were good but double fries killed the enjoyment of the potatoes. Either they double fry them or get them frozen pre fried which didn’t match the quality and standards this restaurant has been given.
Unfortunately I wouldn’t pay for the premium prices and lower quality again. I’ll probably get the chicken shawarma but that’s about it.“

“A group (6) of us went to celebrate a friends retirement and it was the first time for all of us at Amara. We wanted to to try a variety of dishes since they all sounded so good! James was our waiter, he was amazing and helped us come up with a selection that that was a mix of their Mezzes, Share Plates and Large plates. Their pita bread was to die for, it was so delicious and it helped us sop up every last bit of the sauces from each dish. James also made a suggestion of an off menu Cabbage ( shared plate) that hands down we all loved. The Branzino , the raviolis, Broccoli, egg plant and Muhammara all were delicious with wonderful flavors!! And like I said earlier James was an amazing waiter and contributed to our wonderful meal. The clean, healthy, tasty, perfectly portioned sized, and masterly prepared dishes by Ali, and his friendly staff, keep me coming back. I've always had the gyro bowls but during this visit I saw they were advertising the Mediterranean bowl so I asked the staff / cashier what the differences were between the two and she told me about the ingredients used. Honestly I wasn't up for trying something new in that moment, but the cashier shared that the Mediterranean bowl was her favorite item and suggested I pair it with the chicken souvlaki. It was one of the tastier and better casual lunches I've had in a while! Service was also very friendly and helpful, and I thanked the cashier on my way out for her recommendation. Their chicken and veggie kabobs are my go-to favorites, and their falafels, hands down the best I've ever had. Their food certainly lives up to the name with that unmistakable fresh taste every single time.

“When it comes down to Mediterranean food, I would fall into Mazra. However, Mazra now has a worthy rival! What's unique about a smaller restaurant like Nomadic Kitchen is that you feel the place more intimated. I like how the owner/manager and server take a great care of us. When we are about to order 4 choices of mezze, the owner/manager said he will take care of the choices for us and give us samples of everything else as well. The result: the beautiful palette of colors and flavors! I was a bit surprised that we got bread rather than pita. Still, it was amazing! We got the grilled lamb, which is quite nice, no hard-to-chew pieces at all. On top of that, the rice and bulgar (I guess) are so delicious with different fragrance and texture. The dishes are well thought out and so healthy as well. This place becomes one of the most amazing Mediterranean restaurants with reasonable prices. I definitely will come back and eat there again.“

They make their own herb focaccia! Ordering mouthwatering meatballs a la carte is a must!
