“Oh my gosh this food. So amazing. It’s such an unassuming place but it has some of the best Mediterranean food I’ve ever had. Get the Lentil soup and the Baklava — you won’t regret it. We are here a couple days, but you can bet we will be coming back.“

“The best food i have ever have. The Kurdish guy was very very very extra very kind. When he knew that I am from Kuwait and spoke Arabic, he invited me to have tea and kunafa with ice cream and stuffed with saffron. The kunafa was very delicious. I really recommend this restaurant.“

“The food was excellent, the atmosphere is casual with lots of seating and nice decor. I got the mixed Gyro plate with chicken and beef. The meat is flavorful and the salad is fresh. Comes with fresh pita, hummus and paprika sauce, with hot sauce at the table. The servers gave us a free slice of baklava drenched in honey and pistachios, and hot tea. Would eat here again!“

“Kebabs were decent, not outstanding. The lamb kebab came with a good tahini-based sauce. The swordfish could have used a sauce as well. Vegetables included in the kebab plates were bland. “I had lunch here on a Sunday, shortly after they opened up. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I had hummus and chicken kabobs. The tabouleh was very good with lavash. The hummus was creamy and thick. The kabobs were tender, and served with delicious vegetables and rice. The hot sauce added a nice tang without too much heat. The interior is charming and has a sense of bright, dreamy relaxation. I’ll definitely be back.“

People, the world over simply love it. Enter, Mediterranean Pizza and Gyros on Broadway in Burlingame Ca. For this review we’ll call them MPG. Tired of In-and-Out? Had your fill of whack Carne Asada burritos? Subway’s Subs not quite a foot long? The last thing you wanna see is another lemon pepper chicken wing? If you answer yes to any of these questions, then it’s time for some Middle Eastern cuisine. Most times I’ll just get a Felafel. But while choosing a place to grab a bite from, I decided to eat at MPG.
I ordered the Kofte Plate. In the picture it looks good. It came with a nice portion of delicious fresh bread. It was delightful and held me. The staff was kind and restrooms are available.“

Decor was cute, BUT the window was open because it was super warm and there were a bunch of mosquitos. Made the dinner not so comfortable.

Server was not attentive, so no bad oe good review there.

Food: was eh. My falafel tasted a bit like burnt oil for my taste. BREAD was soo delicious because it was warm. Hummus was decent. Had to order a sidw of rice and it was the best thing I ate. The lemonade was fresh squeezed but toooo sweet.“

“Tucked around the corner, you must look for it...you won't be disappointed. I had the lamb/beef gyro and it was excellent. Full of thick meat (not the thin stuff). Very large portions of meat inside. The flavor was excellent and the veggies inside crisp and fresh.
I was thinking to myself that this place is about the same price as Chipotle, but you get about double the amount of meat and better tasting. Then my mind started thinking about the long line of people typically at the In-N-Out. You get way more for your money here and you don't have to pay separately for fries.

“Lovely spot. Sat outdoors on the patio facing the Embarcadero and loved the view. Great spot to catch up with a friend(s), go on a date, meet up with colleagues, etc. Good atmosphere both indoors and outdoors.

Had the paella and chicken bucket and both were very good. As a native Marylander, their crab dip was underwhelming and small in size.
