Be sure to check out their specials and soups. Had the chicken and vegs soup because i was under the weather and it was like a home styled chicken noodle soup (without noodles). Great low calorie option. They had a special on chicken marsala and it was soooo good.
They have a large menu to chose from for different dietary needs.

“This spot is definitely your old school neighborhood bar where everyone knows each other. I was there for a bday celebration.... it was cool for a random eveing. They had kareoke and one pool table. Cocktails seemed to ok for the crowd; no quality wine selections for me so it was a dry night. Overall the music made it was enjoyable.“

Our dinner consisted of the Meze Combo, which is an excellent selection of their fabulous appetizers, the Lamb Shish Kebab, with lamb that was cooked to perfection, and the Adana Kebab, which was a fine mixture of lamb and beef in a slightly spicy combination. The waiter was very polite and extremely friendly and welcoming, and very attentive to our needs. We thoroughly appreciated his recommendation of the baklava to compliment the excellent meal we had. It had just the right amount of sweetness and a wonderful blend of walnuts and spices. Due to the meal being so exceptional, we came back the next morning for an outstanding breakfast!!! We had the Menemen (Shaksouka) and the American Breakfast. And finished it off with a bowl of their Sutlac - the creamy rice pudding! Delicious indeed! Great waitstaff at both meals! Last night I was particularly appreciative of the excellent care/service they provided to a vegan member of our team. They had thoughtful menu options and cautioned against cross contamination in cooking oil, depending on how strict the person is with their diet. “The moment I stepped inside the smell of freshly baked bread and grilled meats made me feel like I was back in a traditional kitchen in Turkey and the hospitality here is truly something special. I spent a long time enjoying my dinner because the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming which makes it a perfect spot for a relaxed meal with friends or family. I really loved the mixed grill platter and the cold appetizers were so fresh and flavorful that they reminded me of some of the best meals I have had while traveling. The quality of the ingredients is top notch and you can tell that the chefs take a lot of pride in keeping the recipes authentic and true to their roots. I noticed that the staff are incredibly friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need while explaining the different dishes on the menu with a lot of passion. Even though it is a very popular place for locals the service felt very personal and I never felt rushed during the entire evening. It is a fantastic destination if you are looking for real comfort food and the Turkish tea at the end of the meal was the perfect way to finish a great experience. I will definitely be returning here soon because the entire menu looks so delicious and I want to try every single dish they offer.“

“How did I not know about this place? I saw it pop up on Uber Eats (new to me) so I ordered the lamb and beef meatballs with rice, lightly pickled beats, tabouli and some included arugula. Faboo! It's very fresh and a very generous portion. The optional hot sauce is not to be skipped if you like a bit of heat.“

“Drove up from San Jose to meet with out of state family and this was recommended. Beautiful atmosphere, fantastic service, and decent pricing. Many great, delicious choices and all with good size portions.
You can eat outdoors or inside comfortably.
Other restaurant owners should send a couple of spies over to observe and understand why a great and friendly restaurant such as Zut! Is always busy with happy customers.
Parking can be an issue on weekends due to that Berkeley area being so popular, but
