“After bowling a couple games, I decided to stop in Cal Bowl Coffee Shop for a bite to eat. Went with something simple and healthy. A salad with the works. After placing my order (I was the only customer) I started wondering what was taking so long. Grab the salad out of the fridge and serve. Much to my surprise, the guy made the salad there on the spot. Fresh ingredients, including bacon, turkey, cheese, crisp fresh veggies and slices of egg! No pre-made salad sitting for days ... made there on the spot, and wow! Excellent. Seems everything is pretty much made this way. Definitely worth a short wait because the food and flavor is rewarding. AND my order was just a salad. LoL. Will be back to sample some of the special doughnuts and a cooked meal. Don't let the 'cafe' fool you, this is quality dinning.“

“I love the Teastations drinks. I love their 913 King Tea cuz it's really strong. This spot is kinda empty though. People do come and go but the place looks barren. It isnt as inviting as when I used to visit other Teastations.My friend did get a taro milk tea and we both did NOT like the flavor. It was barely any taro flavor.“

Cool games and toys you can buy and look at while you sip your drink. Drinks wide array coffee loose leaf tea slushies boba smoothies to pastry to sandwiches . Coffee is good and breakfast sandwich and croissant are really yummy! Good prices. Parking is behind the store and entrance is in the back making it feel safe . Nice soothing music. “Nice place, clean and cozy. The girl seemed nice, but we used the kiosk to order to go, a little hard to find a few of the menu but good experience. The taro smoothie is delicious, the o.g. milk tea tastes pretty good but needed more boba (you have to pay .75 cents for boba and .75 cents for extra boba). Overall very good!“

“One of my favorite boba shops, thank goodness is close to where I live. I would say this shop is pretty spacious. They had a couple of seating areas and the noise level is pretty quiet(unless it gets busy) and their background music isn't loud. Perfect location since it's right across Lunasia(Dim Sum restaurant) Their customer service is great! They were nice and helpful. No complaints about anyone :DI usually ordered their Fresh Taro Latte or Sweet Taro Sago Latter Frappe and they never disappoint. I would highly recommend their taro drinks if you're a taro lover. Their taro drinks are artificial they don't use any powdered taro :) Can't wait to try their other drinks!“

Can you guys hire one more person to help out?I had a boba iced oat mocha ($7.25 before tip) which was good albeit very expensive. The oat milk upcharge really should be reduced to $0.75, especially for a Regular size.Unlike the Carson Ding Tea, this one is actually pleasant to be in. Comfortable chairs, nice lighting, and a clean inviting venue.I'd say 4.5 stars, 5 if the prices were more reasonable. If I'm ever in Lomita again, I know where to stop for some overpriced coffee.“

“Came here on a Thursday around 7:00 pm no wait to order. Street parking. Inside was cute decor kinda tight seating. Service was friendly. They took a bit to give our order so have us free eggrolls. We ordered the dumpling they were a bit smaller than I thought but was good. Spring roll was good. Strawberry milk tea was refreshing. Matcha milk teas with boba was good. Price point was a bit high but understand since it is a small business. Overall, good time.“

“Tried this place that just opened up in Redondo!! I got the brown sugar milk tea (I believe that was it) which came with cheese foam on top (my fav). I got my drink pretty fast, and when you go there for the first time you get a 10% off deal for checking in on Yelp so use that!! The place itself is small but enough room for some friends to hang out. I think they had a restroom in the back as well. Will be coming back!!“

Their snacks are about as authentic as you can hope for in the States - popcorn chicken and the fried sesame balls always hit the spot for a quick snack. The bento offerings are pretty good as well, offering a variety of side dishes to go along with the entree of your choice. My personal go-to drink is the almond milk tea. “I Moge Tea whenever I cycled through the road with one of my friends and I was interested in it, I'm really glad I tried! I had brown sugar milk boba and it's brown sugar boba truly lives up to its name, having a distinct brown sugar flavor and warm plus chewy texture! It's the most brown sugar brown sugar boba I've ever drank. (Next time I'm trying the golden boba for sure and taking more photos) I also had the choice to substitute the milk for oat milk which I did, allowing for a creamy, distinct, and delightful drink! “Food was decent here. I got the Dumpling combo which let me have 4 of each of their Dumpling flavors. I was hoping for more flavor. Nothing spectacular here, but still an okay meal if you like light flavor. They had multiple sauces that were also light on the flavor. I may need to try their Potstickers to see if having it fried makes a flavor difference. The Hot and Sour Soup had lots of ingredients and they didn't skimp on them. Like the dumplings, there wasn't as much flavor here as I'd expect. Both items had a good amount of food for the serving. Parking is easy as it is located on the non-busy side of a shopping complex. Service was mediocre. When I was asking about their options, the servers weren't really making it seem like they believed in their own product. There was a subtle indifference in my interaction. The restaurant was clean with lots of seating. Not sure if I would go back for what I ordered, but I may still give those Potstickers a try.“
