“A Canadian company I've been contracting with on a big event in Sunnyvale the past 2 years has held a dinner for all the employees and contractors at XLB Kitchen on one of our last nights together. We reserve the entire outdoor patio seating for our party and are treated to the most wonderful family-style meal! I learned last year to pace myself when they start bringing out the first couple of courses as the portions are huge and you'll want to try everything! Service is top notch, too!
My favorite dish is the marinated pork. OMG! Absolutely the best pork I have eaten in my life at any restaurant or cooked at home! Incredibly tender. Incredibly tasty. If you eat pork, you HAVE to try it!“

“I hesitated a few times, but so glad I gave this place a try. Completely nondescript from the outside, the interior is clean and charming in a family run way. The wait staff ladies were friendly, and you can peak into the kitchen, which looks also clean and well organized. Their lunch special is a great deal and flavors were authentic and tasty. Will definitely be back again!“

“Yummy dumplings. We got a variety of dumplings and they arrived quickly. The portion size is good.
And we got the place without any wait, even on a Sunday. Must try if you like dumplings. The potstickers were a bit oily for our liking. Rest all the food was great.“

“Good price, solid food. It's in rotation for our Chinese restaurants.
Love their pork wrapped with tofu skin, soup, and noodles. Good textures, although do lean a little sweet for Shanghai food.
Pretty cheap for the quality and quantity. Can be a little oily so get more veggie/soup dishes to balance your palate.
Usually have at least a couple tables open and fairly quick service.“

“I love hole-in-the-wall, mom and pop restaurants, this one is definitely makes the cut
I got their two items: broccoli beef and tomato egg. The combo comes with soup, I chose hot and sour soup.
Decent portions for about $15! 10/10 👌 come try!“
