Starbucks in Santa Clara

“After my doctor’s appointment at Kaiser , I'm craving a flat white. My experience at this café was wonderful. I placed a mobile order and upon entering, an employee immediately greeted me while preparing drinks for a group order. Within a minute, another friendly employee asked me what I’d like to order as I stood in front of wrong cashier line.Ralph, who made my coffee, noticed a small spill and carefully replaced the lid before handing it to me at the pickup counter. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and felt welcomed and respected throughout.“

“Clean and functional Starbucks, located in an urban village plaza. Plenty of parking in the large parking lot, although it can fill up quickly since it’s shared with the Nob Hill next door plus some other restaurants in the plaza. Fast and efficient service, and several decent outdoor spots to hang out.“

“In my opinion, it is one of the biggest Starbucks stores with high ceilings and great modern design. Despite their $35 million dollars lawsuit loss, somehow, they continue to give customers Venti size very hot tea in a single cup, instead of doubling the cup for stability to hold the hot drink. With a Venti size, the volume and cup design makes the cup very squishy, resulting in people burning their hand or other body parts. I guess a company and its staff can be for every WOKE agenda, but not common sense!“

“The service is honestly super great. I ordered at the wrong location from my app and called in to tell them just so they wouldn't have drinks sitting in at the bar. The person I spoke to (Emilia) was super nice about it and even went out of her way to ask her manager about a refund or a remake. I wasn't able to make it on the same day but came back two days later and she remembered the conversation. They re-made my drinks to perfection, and I appreciated just how nice and accommodating they were about the situation even during a Friday morning rush.“

Vegetarian options: Cheese and Spinach sandwich is the only vegetarian sandwich there, and is my favorite. There are options for smaller bites like cookies, croissants and similar stuff.“

“First time at this Starbucks due to a quick run into Safeway. No line. My frappuccino was ready in less than 2 mins. The cashier and barista were very nice. Starbucks baristas inside Safeway tend to not be as pleasant but I had a good experience here. Drink was great. I also took advantage of a Safeway coupon for a $2 frappuccino. It made my day!“

“I personally love Starbucks! The staff are a little slow, but they're always so nice! One woman even complimented me on my hair :))) The lines in the morning ARE pretty long, but that is no surprise for a coffee shop 😂

The one thing I didn't like though was that once when I asked for no ice, the barista asked for an additional dollar (that never happened in other Starbuckses). I was so confused, I'm paying for the drink not the ice! Why do I have to pay for the drink again when there's no ice??? I hope that never happens again, I felt very awkward and uncomfortable in that situation :(
(That is why I only order frappuccinos now, because they mix the ice with the drink)“

Vegetarian options: The impossible breakfast sandwich is the best plant based meat I have had anywhere.
