I am not of of millennial restaurants where stand at a cash register and pay the tip upfront then assigned a number & number holder then fend & elbow for a table. This is old school service upgraded with innovative traffic management to expedite cuisines & cocktails. Mimi is a warm, consummate professional who can handle anything, events-wise, and the space is versatile for any kind of casual and convivial gathering. This place is one of my favorite “third spaces” for working when I need a change of environment from the home office (there are tables that overlook the pool), painting (I’m a huge fan of the paint and sip classes) or just hanging out. Neighbors can consider it a great resource for meals and snacks off the beach (and anytime), entertaining for occasions and even just to grab a bottle of wine or party-food supplies for friends who drop by.
