“Best ice cream place in Santa Rosa! The ice cream flavors are deliciously creamy. They carry so many good paleta flavors, too. My favorite paleta is the mango chamoy, and my favorite ice cream combination is pistachio and rose. The inside of the shop is always clean, and the employees are kind and welcoming.“

“Have been a few times--last week, had the cold winter/seasonal custard pie with raspberry--delish and not too sweet; the chocolate chip cookie was OK, per husband and friend. Last year, we found the mint Mississippi mud pie too sweet for our preference.
The other suggestion I'd like to make: please use wooden forks/spoons (WorldCentric is a great local resource) which are accepted in the compost bin by Recology in Sonoma County. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: bioplastics (made with plants)/labelled PLA (see photo; which I've gotten at your shop) are NOT currently accepted in compost bins in Sonoma County. (Tip: we can carry our own bamboo utensils.) Great job using the uncoated cardboard takeout containers--those are compostable if food-soiled; recyclable if clean.“

“I've always thought of frozen yogurt as ice cream's cousin with a learning disability but this place proves me wrong. Every flavor I've had is totally delightful. The toppings bar is also always clean and organized, and the whole place is kept very clean and appealing. Also, the lady that works there, I suspect she is the owner, is a total doll. Just a very sweet lady.“

“When my daughter and I want to celebrate something by enjoying a delicious meal together, this is our go-to favorite place! She gets the number two burger with extra cheese, and I get a crispy chicken sandwich with ranch on the side, bcuz you gotta dip that shizzle to make it delicious manicious... “I NEED YOUR ATTENTION I am going through finances, receipts for entire year and noticed an inconsistency with receipts from here. So my understanding is cups and sizes are different prices correct? So someone getting the exact same order and cup size everytime the price is the same should be? What changes it?I only noticed the price is more than what you charge. By Oz and measurements yes price changes but same order each time you aren't charging the full amount. It's only by 5 to 15 cents each time but your business is losing money doing this.Its also not the same cashier each time it's someone different. So, I am not sure where in the system it's going wrong. But the cents add up, so I just wanted to let you know. =)“
