“After a fun night at Chumash Casino, we finally decided to try Victor Bar & Grill in Solvang — and wow, I’m so glad we did! I’d been hearing great things about this place, and it absolutely lived up to the hype.
My wife ordered the filet mignon, and it was perfection — tender, flavorful, and cooked exactly how she likes it. I went for the Victor Burger fully loaded, and let me tell you… this thing is next-level. Juicy, piled high with toppings, and honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time.
The drinks deserve their own shoutout — not only delicious, but also strong. It only took me two to catch a good buzz (and I’m not a lightweight). The cocktails were crafted so well, you can tell they put care into every pour.
The ambience is super cute and quaint — perfect for date night, but also laid-back enough to just enjoy and relax. And the staff? Absolutely amazing. Friendly, attentive, and really made the whole experience feel special.“

“I stopped at this coffee shop while waiting for another business to open, and I am glad I did! I ordered a basic breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon, and home fries with onions and peppers. I would have never thought a “basic” breakfast could taste so amazing!!
The home fries were perfectly cubed with the peppers and onions grilled perfectly, with all tasting so dang good! I know. I know. How could a coffee shop mess up these basics. Sadly, too many plays do.
I hate, and let re-iterate HATE, to see any brown on my eggs. It’s weird, I know, but that’s just me. These eggs looked as if my wife prepared them as they were so dang pretty and tasty! No brown in sight - not even on the bottom. (And I didn’t mention my preference for “no brown on my eggs”.
Now, on to the coffee. It was good. In my opinion, the coffee tasted just like I would expect coffee shop coffee to taste, but it was so much better.
And the service? I’m a black man who stopped at a coffee shop in Santa Ynez, CA. Let’s just say I don’t see many folks who look like me out here. The storefront looks like it belongs on the set of bonanza. Really! No kidding! Into my surprise, I didn’t get out one inquisitive look, no Expressions of “what is he doing here?”, nor anything that made me feel uncomfortable. My server, who happens to the Owner, Debbie, was an absolute sweetheart!
From now on when I drive through this area, I will stop and make sure I get either breakfast or lunch at the Longhorn Coffee Shop!
FYI… I wrote this review while eating breakfast so that test image is not when the food first came out but while I’m eating. Ha ha.“

“We ate at the Willows two times during the Thanksgiving holiday. Both, Perfect! The food was delicious and beautiful, and the service prompt and friendly. Rachel took very good care of us the first night , and Chris on Thanksgiving day. We had Open Table reservations for each night and even though the restaurant was packed at 7pm on Thanksgiving and had people waiting for tables, we were seated right on time. The hostess, managers, and staff managed the crowd smoothly and with concern. There was an amazing Pri Fix menu with choices of turkey or steak Oscar and all of usual side orders, however , the entire daily menu was also available. Portions are generous, and prices reasonable.“

“The Mercedes Benz luxury electric car experience was made extra special because of The Inn at Mattei’s Tavern’s beautiful grounds and ambiance. The small town feel and picturesque landscape was so inviting, so I took a walked around the specially shops.“

“This is for the lounge specifically.
Came here with a few friends: bartender Rick is a gem. He makes some of the best drinks I've ever had - my friend found her favorite drink, old tootsie, and she usually doesn't like bourbon. Food options may look limited but each one provides quite the bang. For example, I hate gravy, but the gravy on the meatballs was absolutely fantastic... We ordered three rounds. Cajun shrimp was also phenomenal.“

“Top-notch experience. I really enjoyed the burger, at $31 it is definitely pricey but when you compare it to a Eureka burger at $25 this tasted better and had larger portions.
Drinks were delicious too. Their old fashioned was one of the best I've had recently. Also recommend the fettuccine prawns, the spicy sauce on it was great.“
