“Beautiful oceanfront resort in Montecito with elegant rooms, Michelin-star dining, and exceptional service. Perfect mix of romance and relaxation — from sunset cocktails to bike rides along the coast. Pricey, but worth it for a true luxury California getaway.“

“The food here was very delicious, I highly suggest their pork chop and trout. Very unique combinations and full of flavor. Everything was great except for how crowded it. Just believe it may be busy during rush times. I would highly suggest making a stop here and do not forget their dessert menu.“

“The Local in Montecito is practicing some kind of culinary dark magic.
We started with the tuna, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts appetizers, and I’m convinced the kitchen made a deal with forces beyond our understanding. The tuna disappeared instantly, the cauliflower somehow became addictive, and the Brussels sprouts were so good we were discussing ordering a second round before finishing the first. The hugo spritz teleported me to another dimension.
Then came the branzino.
I genuinely don’t have the vocabulary to explain what happened. The entire table went silent after the first bite. Not because we were being polite—because we were too busy having a collective out-of-body experience.
One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. If you’re debating whether to go, stop debating.“

“If you want a posh, beach side cocktail experience, do not sleep on the Beach Bar. Yes, it is very expensive. If you go to the beach in Montecito expecting to find bargains, you are in the wrong place. The drinks were good but very pricy. We tried a variety of tacos and they were all good. The service was sharp and friendly. And of course the beach view is what you are paying for. If you are looking for an upscale cocktail experience to impress your friends, hustle your Bentley over to the Beach Bar and go nuts. We will return.“

He’s the best and makes our experience at the Rosewood resort more enjoyable! The Revere Room is lucky to have him as part of its staff!“

“Food was great! We tried the sweet breads- my favorite, lobster gnocchi-daughters fave, ramen-good, scallops-super lite and fresh, and the catch of the day-very tasty. The amazing menu doesn’t necessarily lend itself to picky kid eaters (my son) but he loved the catch of the day with the sauce on the side. The food took a while as they were pretty busy so the manager comp’d 2 desserts which were both spectacular! We will be back!!“

“We stopped for a quick bite after the zoo. Parking can be difficult in the area , but it was a wednesday late afternoon , so finding parking was not too hard. They have a good selection of foods and a happy hour in the afternoons with french fries for 5 dollars and really good macaroni and cheese balls for 7 dollars and a few more selections. The kids grilled cheese was pretty good and there were 2 sandwiches. One of us had a smash burger and was reportedly good. I ordered the specialty hot dog with Chipotle sauce, grilled onions and a grilled jalapeno. It was good not great. I have had there, macaroni and cheese balls and they're out of this world. Their fries are also very good. It is right across from the ocean wall and has a very nice casual ambience. The seating is all outside and was very pleasant. The service was good and everyone was very polite.“

“So sad to leave Santa Barbara but before I do I wanted to check out @shopbrunch . Got some chilaquiles with crunchy chips and an egg, cheese bacon sandwich with some aioli sauce I think 🤔 which was superb and a ton of avocado and a side of waffles. I like the atmosphere especially on a nice day like today and the hostess were super nice and friendly. Hopefully you can check them out.

“The pan-seared peppercorn-crusted filet mignon with potatoes au gratin and sautéed asparagus were as good as I've had anywhere. Thick, small and perfectly cooked medium-rare. And the thinly-sliced tomato salad was the perfect starter. We brought our own wine, but their in-house selection is outstanding. The staff were all extremely courteous and helpful. Our waiter, Dominic, was professional and attentive, and we never felt rushed. We enjoyed a two and a half hour anniversary dinner in a lovely outdoor setting and will definitely revisit when we're back in Santa Barbara! Thanks to everyone at Bouchon for a very special evening.“

“We’re here on a Saturday. Diner is small and nostalgic. Full of energy and attentive staff. The pancakes are indeed very good, everything else is solid (we got blueberry pancakes, meat lovers omelette, and a sausage breakfast burrito). The omelette wasn’t as fluffy as I like it and the burrito’s potatoes weren’t crispy, but all the ingredients were high quality. Would definitely recommend“

“It's a bit non-sensical to say a restaurant that's been there since 1956 could be a hidden gem. But, that is the case. Tucked away in a strip mall next to a nail salon with the tallest snake plants I've ever seen is Tee Off. It's kinda' Musso and Franks little brother. Harry Bosch would be right at home with red leather booths, dim lights and food from a different era. If you're over 60 you gotta go here. If your under 60 you won't understand how I gave the ambulance a 5 but you'll dig the food and service.
This was a splurge dinner for Jacki and I but it is possible to have a very satisfying meal and keep it under $30. We went the other direction...
Jacki went for the New York and I the Rack of Lamb. Both cuts were perfect. My medium rare lamb was perfectly done. Jacki's medium steak was a little, stress little, underdone. All entrees come with choice of soup or salad, potatoes or rice and veggies. Nicely done. I had a beautiful salad and Jacki had a spectacular prime rib soup. Very satisfying meal. Very large portions on the entree. Rack and a half on the lamb and steak had to be 12oz or more. Accompanied by a bottle of Jordan Cab ... a perfect pairing.
We loved the meal and just being there. treat yourself. Ask for Suzie. Service was 10².“

“Came here with my boyfriend on a whim, searching for a cup of coffee in the late afternoon. Decided to grab a meal and we were incredibly impressed. The BBQ Pulled Pork was the perfect balance of sauce and meat, not too much, not too little. The fries were also perfectly well done, a sharp crisp which we enjoyed. My boyfriend ordered the Pastrami, and not a single bite was left. The bread had a touch of rosemary which gave it an unexpected freshness. By the way, per my BF, this is the BEST RANCH he’s had in a few years. 10/10 meal and place. Definitely coming back.“

“I’ll be honest. I could have eaten anything in Santa Barbara. I hadn’t eaten anything since 9am and it was 5pm when I arrived in Santa Barbara. I walked one mile away because of the great things I heard about Jill’s Place. And you know what? I was not disappointed! I was stoked and impressed greatly 🥰😁 I had two wonderful, dazzling, and sweet waitresses (lucky me!). I was served a yummy chicken breast sandwich and it was the best one I had ever! No seriously! It wasn’t too salty and the bread was golden brown and ready to be munched on. The tator tots had the perfect texture. It’s almost as I had food from some amazing restaurant, which, hello, I did 😅 The place was packed, since it was Fiesta, but I imagine it always is. It sucks I live 45 minutes from this great establishment. The atmosphere was fun and a little country, but I love that. It’s casual, and not some elegant place like Lucky’s is. I’d still show up in a suit, if I could and would. Definitely check this place out and ask for the two blonde sisters who work there. They’ll dazzle you with their charm and diction 😉 Hope to be back again one day!“

“Pro tip: get there when they open and avoid the line which will go down the sidewalk! We were greeted by the manager while we waited for them to open and he thanked us all for coming. He is a great ambassador for the place and set the tone right off the bat. You order your food and drinks at the counter then grab a table. (Thats why you need to get there early so you have a choice. Otherwise, you get whatever opens up. If your party is bigger than 6 you have to sit separate).
The atmosphere is very clean and the food is fantastic. The outside garden area is really nice and has a fountain. If you can grab a window table inside you can people watch as people walk up and down the street onto Stearns Wharf.
Food. Wow! You can taste the quality as soon as you take a bite! We had the special green chili chilaquiles, the lemon poppy pancakes and coffee. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. Their coffee was very smooth, not bitter like a well-known coffee chain.
Overall, a great experience and I would recommend it to everyone!“
