“There are so many amazing things to say about Ellie’s Tap & Vine. The food was exquisite, the atmosphere was elegant and enjoyable and the service was phenomenal.
There wasn’t a bad bite that we took all night, starting with their fresh caprese salad to the entrees of the staff favorite chicken and crab cake to the amazing bread pudding dessert.
It’s truly worth a visit!“

Came here with a few friends: bartender Rick is a gem. He makes some of the best drinks I've ever had - my friend found her favorite drink, old tootsie, and she usually doesn't like bourbon. Food options may look limited but each one provides quite the bang. For example, I hate gravy, but the gravy on the meatballs was absolutely fantastic... We ordered three rounds. Cajun shrimp was also phenomenal.“

“This place definitely exceeded my expectations. Everything was fresh tasting and seasoned perfectly. The drinks caught my attention first but the food was the star of the show. I got the potato taquitos, Korean beef salad and a side of the herb potatoes. I will definitely be coming back when I’m back in town. 10/10!“

“Came here for happy hour. The duck fat fries and aioli were delicious. The cocktails were unique and tasty as well. They were quite busy but our server always made time to check in on us and our orders came out in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend and come back!

“Had been wanting to go here since the Burger Week reviewer at the Weekly named the Viktor Burger the best of the burger week bunch, but it took a while. He was right - probably the best burger I have ever had. Amazing texture and flavor. Melts in your mouth. Turns out it is a mix of tri-tip, filet mignon and wagyu, and what a mix it is. The fries that come with it are also delectable. The rest of the menu looks very good as well, and we did try the gazpacho, which had a deeply satisfying mix of stronger and also subtle flavors. The setting is beautiful, the outside deck surrounded by trees and green in a way you wouldn't expect in the area, and the inside is understated elegance.“

“While staying at Flying Flags, I stumbled across this gem literally on the other side of the campsite. We sat at the bar, and I opted for a stout called "There Does Not Exist: Return to Earth." It was excellent. The interior is elegant and well-maintained, and the bartender was very attentive. Great service and overall experience.“

“Delightful patio seating with attentive and prompt, friendly staff. It's the best meal and experience we've had since visiting from Seattle. Would recommend to anyone. We enjoyed the omelette and steak tacos, done to perfection with generous portions. Fantastic!“

“Being from Wisconsin where Friday Fish Fry is a way of life, I was hesitant to order the whitefish...it was as good as any authentic Wisconsin Fish Fry....it was amazing. The beer was outstanding and I can't say enough good things about our server Patricia M...she made an already great night into an over the top enjoyable experience

“I was a little concerned because I'd seen they had a 3.7 rating on one site but I wanted to try them. We were the only ones there sadly and the waitress was friendly and efficient. I tried a Danish sausage platter w potato pancake and red cabbage and I also had a bowl of pea soup. Husband had chicken picatta and roast potatoes and veg. All was delicious. I hope people look at the good reviews and try them. They hv a nice indoors and a patio.“

“We had a lovely dinner at the Willows. Food and wine were very good, and I love that there is a dedicated vegan menu. Portions are VERY large—we didn't understand this and ended up ordering way too much food. It would have been great if the waiter had given us a little introduction to the menu so that we could have avoided all of the unintentional leftovers. Ambiance was quite nice on the patio. Major drawback to this restaurant is the hike through the smoke-filled casino on the way in. Yuck.“
