“Celebrating my husband's 65th Birthday. Took a excursion today to cool off out of the valley heat and searched out an authentic Italian meal. I ordered the Linguini and fresh Clams with roasted peppers and light cream sauce. The results were delicious with excellent flavor and presentation. Hubby needed his Cavatelli with red gravy as a side dish since he hasn't found anything like this in our area. He also ordered Lasagna as the main course and we were surprised to see a very large portion! The bread, and I am not a bread eater, was heavenly. Hubby claims good Italian bread is like eating cake and I couldn't agree more with him more. I am now a convert! The pasta is homemade, the red gravy is delicious. We will be returning. Thank you for being here for all of us Italian food lovers ❤️“

“We are visiting from Ohio and had not been to A Bellagio in 10 years. Our experience was fantastic! The atmosphere has been enhanced with the remodeling that has been done. The ambience was lovely. Our server did a great job of making sure we were comfortable at all times and that we had everything we needed. The food was fabulous. We started with the Caesar salad. My husband chose the veal as his entree and I had the filet. Each one was prepared perfectly and the accompanying vegetables cooked to perfection. We each decided to choose the Tiramisu for dessert. The servings were so large that we could have shared one portion. We highly recommend A Bellagio!“

“A fun place for dinner. 10 stars for the excellent, timely, responsive friendly service. It's right next to the train tracks, so it's loud when the trains honk their horns (we sat outside - you won't hear it if you dine inside). But the patio is full - so clearly no one minds the train horns. A great selection of food and drink options.“

Carbonara is very tasty as well the sauce is rich.
I wasn’t a huge fan of the chicken w artichoke but everything was well cooked.

“Delicious! First time there and had a meal on the outside towards the back of restaurant. Had a few different appetizers but I'd say go with the calamari as it's lightly breaded yet had the crunch and the squid soft and easy to eat. Great wine selection. For my main meal was the Filet Mignon dinner special. It was supposed to come with veggies and the meat in truffle sauce. Everything in my order was correct except the sauce on the filet mignon didn't taste nor look like truffle sauce but it looked and tasted more like a balsamic vinegar glaze. It was unique, as it had a vinegar flavor profile which was ok, though I really wanted more of a meaty taste. Dessert was great, had a pistachio cake that was mild in sweetness and more of the nutty flavor. Overall, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for me even with the little hiccup.

Parking: When you get to "Little Italy" one side has free parking but that gets full quickly, and the other side has parking meters that was active until 10PM (Yup, the meters are from 9am to 10pm in Little Italy, the rest of San Jose the meters stop operations at 6pm) which of course the parking space on the meters are available during the late afternoons but these spaces are full by 7/8pm.“

“Woah! I’ve lived in San Jose a long time. How did I not know about Torino Panino? I’d never even heard of, let alone eaten an Italian beef sandwich before! But I really enjoyed it!

There were so many choices and I had zero context so I tried the Chicago Way because it was smack dab in the middle of the menu sign. I like French dip so I got it wet; figured it was similar. Delicious sandwich. Really it the spot.

We also purchased sardines from their little pantry of canned and jarred goodies. We enjoyed those later at home.

I love the little courtyard seating area in the back. They had a tv playing one of the football games (it was Sunday). Just a really nice atmosphere. Looking forward to enjoying it all again.“

The only we had is the clams linguine came in red sauce instead of white, server said he didn't hear it, realized he didn't even repeat the order or the option, was giving it a try even we hate seafood pasta in red sauce, just like you are having red wine with seafood. Pasta was over cooked and salty. The clams were fresh. Waited a while for bill even the restaurant was only 1/3 full. Not a pleasant visit compared to last time during thanksgiving. It was full house but service was quick and food was flawless.“

We ordered penne a la vodka with sausage, meat lasagna, caprese salad, and Ceasar salad. Everything was well cooked and tasted delicious. The portions are a good size for the price. The 4 dishes came out to just over $100 with tax, fees, & tip.

We were welcomed at the door seated in areas that were very comfortable, the first visit we sat in the back room and today by the front door. Service was extraordinary on both visits. Sadly I cannot recall the young woman’s name from Italy that served us on the first visit but Marco served us today. Both were excellent. I requested a bit of modification on the salmon I ordered and was accommodated without hesitation. This is on the road to being my fav Italian restaurant. I was craving for pasta. And thats how I got to discover this place. I ordered the chicken fettucine alfredo. Love the dish with its chunky chicken pieces and al dente pasta. The complimentary cheese sticks with that cheese pimiento cheese spread was a delightful surprise. Next time Ill check their lasagna and clam chowder. I heard their clam chowder is as good as Boulins in San Francisco. I dont have to make a drive to the city to enjoy a good bowl of chowder. The lasagna looks so rich as well as their chopino. Im definitely comjng back.“

“Probably 4.5. This was very good bathe pasta was homemade and the sauce was excellent. Some pasta, with sausage and two sodas came to $31.00. In California terms it was a fairly priced meal.
The portions were very reasonable, it was a lot of sausage for the price and the meal was, again, very good.
I would definitely come back and try a different offering. The only drawback was the seating. The concept is good and the seating is shared by many different restaurants. Like a very upscale food court. When it gets busy, like my visit, it’s harder to find a place to eat.
Still, come and eat, your stomach will thank you.“

The beef pepperoni, and the spaghetti with meatballs, I was so pleasantly surprised with everything! The flavor of the red spaghetti sauce was delicate and light and my child ate 2 helpings and wants me to pack the rest in his thermos for lunch tomorrow! The chicken pizza is divine, fresh delicious ingredients and lovely garlicky flavor. The kids said the other pizzas were great too. I’m so happy we found this place and I hope to come back again soon!“
