“I ordered the Santa Maria BBQ sandwich, and it was delicious. The bread was incredibly fresh. I even got to see them making it right there. Anissa (I hope I am spelling that right) took my order and truly impressed me with her efficiency. She handled everything from running the register to prepping food and organizing to go orders. Despite the busy crowd, she was friendly, thorough, and quick. The restaurant was clean and well organized and the employes worked seamlessly as a team. Great Food, great service.“

I requested them to charge me for a sandwich, they refused. Usually in California they do not allow non customers to use restrooms with many many different excuses.“

I tried the egg lover panini and this is just a personal preference but I did not like the combination of mustard with egg and it had way too much mayo for my liking. Also the girls working there today are lacking customer service. They weren’t rude or anything but I would have been nice if they asked how I was doing, if I’ve been there before, if I had any questions, any recommendations, etc. It just seemed like they were not happy to be there at all. But I’m trying to be understanding because everybody is going through things. I might decide to give it another chance.“

“Came in this afternoon, was warmly greeted immediately as soon as I entered. Ordered a jumbo pastrami sandwich which ran me about 17 bucks on the dot, which for how big the sandwich was is pretty good imo. The bread was warm the meat was good and the veggies were fresh. Had a crack at the pinball machines and then went about my day. Overall a pretty good experience. I'd come here again!“

“The owner of this place is truly one of the best. He treats his customers like family, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the people who come through the door. I believe he’s originally from Australia, and for some reason I thought he no longer owned the place, so it was great seeing him there again the other day.

The shop is always clean, the staff is friendly, and I’ve had a lot of good experiences here. I did get a little upset recently because my sandwich wasn’t made the way I expected, but I later found out the person working that day was only filling in for one day and normally works at another location. That completely changed my perspective, because it wouldn’t be fair to hold this store or its regular staff responsible for one person’s mistake.

My mom and I ordered the garlic basil sandwich and my personal favorite the spicy chicken sandwich with Caesar salad.The oven baked bread is savory along with the ingredients and fresh guacamole in the sandwiches. There salads are also great with the tastiest croutons made from the same oven baked bread. I always enjoy the spicy chicken sandwich!“

“Luis made the perfect giant sandwich for me and my sister! The Giant sub was about $19.00 and a normal (half the size), costs about $11.00. Luis and Josh both had wonderful customer service to all ages and types of customers that walked through the door. They were very patient, smiling, and kind. This location is a little small, but still has places to sit and eat. The sub tasted great!

“My sandwich was SO mouth watering and delicious that I felt the need to review this subway. I come here often, and honestly this was the best sandwich by far. I’ve never been disappointed, their ingredients are ALWAYS fresh, the customer service is amazing, and even if they have a line I swear. They work so fast and so well with one another. I’ve been to many other subways and the lettuce is all mushy and gross and they throw your sandwich together and half of the time they aren’t friendly. “Placed a hot sub 2/23/26 3pm and was done quick. I can respect the attention to detail about how the sub wasn’t wrapped too tight for a hot sub and there wasn’t chicken or cheese melting out the side in the wrapper.

As I was waiting in line, the only slight con that I would mention is maybe more banter/light conversation between the slicer and then also whoever sprinkling the subs. I get that you want to ask for their order and ask Mikes Way and just finish the sub. But one thing that made the store that I had great in NC was the owner and GM always being friendly and asking about the customers day.

It isn’t really a big deal but I’m sure this helped retention and tipping.“

“My son went here for a job, after interviews they told him to fill out his in boarding paperwork, he did, then they would send him a schedule, never showed up, calls went un answered, they would put him on hold when he called and let him wait and never pick up..he stayed on hold over 40 minutes. How can you be that cruel? If you don't want to hire the kid then fine just tell him. He turned down other jobs waiting for his schedule. This is disgusting behavior. Anyway I went to this location Dec15th after church ( 1119 3rd St Calvary Tabernacle) best decision Ever!! I bought a garlic Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. She spread garlic butter on both top and bottom breads then added lots of cheese to both sides put two trays of steak on it and put it in the oven extremely Yummy smelling right?! Then when she took it out and asked politely what I wanted on it I had her put lots of green bell peppers, red onion, pepper cheenies , and sliced tomatoes oh and a line of lite mayo and one of honey mustard Oh My Goodness!!!!! Best sandwich I’ve ever had, for real For Real !!! I ate one half with vinegar and sea salt chips and theses new fountain drinks that taste like tropical juices all kinds of flavors to choose from I would suggest you eat there so you can get free refills on your drink because all the flavors are so good I actually mixed them !! Healthy and great tasting juices watered down to where there not too sugary. I had had her to wrap the other half of my sandwich for my grandson but unfortunately it never made it to him because that sandwich was so very great ????????????! Get the subway app on your phone before you pay and earn 53 tokens . My whole experience was worth every penny what a blessing. “Everything is good til you have employees arnt as nice or don’t feel like working. Not even a smile or thank you for coming. I order my sandwich and just cause I didn’t wanted Mike’s a little girl gets an attitude and makes it sloppy and more when wrapping my sandwich she smashes her fingers hard on my sandwich. Then they have there loud heavy metal music in the evenings and too noisy. This is a food place, not a nightclub.. some women have there point tails out instead in a bun and having hair scatter. “Today 5/9/24 I had a really bad experience at this location. One crazy customer came was rude to Ladies she bought a sandwich and 1 hour later she came and told cashier she wanted her money back that her sandwich wasn’t good but she finished the sandwich and ask her for refund. “Everything was great. I went twice in a row. First time I purchased 4-$20.00 gift cards and was given the receipts. Next time I went my account was locked and did not receive credit for my purchase. I was notified by Subway of suspicious activity on my account and to inform them of my past purchases with dates, time and location. After a couple of weeks I was notified my account was unblocked, but no credit for my purchase although I sent the receipt. Odd, just odd. Hard to get a parking spot in the small parking lot. Street parking is limited as well as next to a fire station.“

“After a long bike ride thru Santa Clarita Valley, we had lunch at Jersey Mike's for a victory sandwich...and what a fantastic sandwich it was!!

We ordered a large roast beef sandwich with provolone cheese but made like a Philly Cheesesteak on the grill with the pepper and onions. Added lettuce, extra tomatoes, pepperchino peppers, avocado, a little of their special relish, mustard, and mayo. Also had it Mike's Way with the oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, and oregano (I think thst is what it was). Also had a refreshing glass of iced tea but no chips.

The service was friendly, quick, and made to perfection. This was absolutely one of the best sandwiches we have consistently had at Jersey Mike's and this was exceptionally delicious!! We couldn't eat it fast enough.
