“After walking around and on the pier, we stopped for some ice cream. The young lady working here was so patient, friendly and attentive to our dietary restrictions. She mixed our added toppings and’s gave us delicious ice cream. She even walked over to our family member with disabilities and gave her the ice cream directly. The employee didn’t dismiss or ignore our family member, which makes a huge impact to our entire family. It was a beautiful moment. The only bad part was that it’s quite warm in this facility and your ice cream starts to melt quick. ?

Wheelchair accessibility: There’s only one entrance that is accessible for a wheelchair. One cannot go out the other door and just has to turn around and head out the same door to exit.“

It wasn't a surprise to find out that she was part of the management team when I asked. Seems that you provide a great example to your teammates.“

Stopped by Cold Stone Creamery in Huntington Beach today and had a great experience. Nikki took care of me, super friendly and chill. She made my lemon strawberry ice cream just right, and everything tasted fresh and organic. The ice cream was fire! Big shoutout to Nikki for the amazing service, really appreciate you!“

“I purchased from amazing cakes for the first time in June for my niece's birthday. I purchased 2 additional cakes in August for my nephew and son's birthday. The three cakes were all different flavors and everyone at each party said they tasted great. The cakes weren't extravagantly decorated but were EXACTLY what we wanted. The staff is friendly and awesome customer service“

“Thanks to Bani’s bakery for a beautiful and yummy, moist cake for my son’s birthday. My son requested for the “ Stinky and Dirty Show” bday cake which i looked up everywhere I couldn’t find much ideas. Just asked Bani and told her which cake he liked and we got this awesome cake. All my boys love every single details and tasting of the cake (mixed berries with raspberries mousses filling = perfect pairing). “Calico Cake Shop did an amazing job on my grandmother's birthday cake. They added candles to the cake that I was unaware of and I am so thankful for them making her feel special during this pandemic. The staff is very polite and friendly! “Like most Coldstones, this is a small location with no inside seating. The ice cream is good and the staff is efficient. The one downside of this location is parking. The developers crammed almost a dozen restaurants including a Starbucks and a buffet along with a grocery store and did not provide anywhere near enough parking. Your options are circling like a shark waiting for a spot to open or parking in Targets lot and walking over during busy times. That is one of the reasons why I don't usually go to this Coldstone unless I am already eating somewhere else in the center.“

“this past weekend i came to coldstone and it was my very first time, and a beautiful sweet young lady named nicole helped me out, she was so understanding, and allowed me to sample whatever i wanted and walked me through all the signatures, i felt so bad because we spent like 10 minutes discussing the signatures but she was super patient and super kind, i went with a got to have it “cheesecake fantasy” but i replaced the ice cream for mint, and the blue berries and strawberries for brownies and chocolate chips, if you ever visit, i 10/10 recommend!!! we were making small talk as she made my ice cream and she honestly felt like my daughter! she was so kind, seeing a young lady so energetic was so refreshing. if management is reading this, she’s a keeper!!! never let her go!!! if you stop by coldstone, ask for nicole, she will provide the best customer service you have ever experienced!!“

“The sweetest thing happened. As the employee name Franco ! was making my ice cream, he poured the extra into a small cup just for me. While I was waiting for my girlfriend’s turn to receive her ice cream, that little gesture made me feel like a kid again happy, cared for, and excited to come back. It reminded me of my inner youth on how I love ice cream, how even the smallest thoughtful moments can make my day feel special. Just like this ice cream, the employee made everything sweeter.“
