“My husband said his Italian Grandmother would have loved the food. The sauces tasted like she had nursed them in her kitchen for the past two days. The lamb shank has immediately gone to 'best ever' on our tracker. Service was great and the evening was wonderful. Worth the effort to get a seat at this very small, but very good spot.“

“Fantastic food and our waiter was perfect. Always checking but never hovering, and he answered any questions about the menu easily and completely. I had one of the specials, Seafood Risotto, and it was amazing. Tasted my friend’s Lasagna and it was wonderful-not too heavy. Fried cauliflower and Bruschetta were perfection. Finished our meal with a lovely Strawberry Cheesecake. Absolutely a restaurant to put on the Don’t Miss list“

“I showed up in the middle of the afternoon on a Sunday. Nobody there except my server who was very kind. I hung out for a bit waiting for my pizza and what followed was me wishing I had paid more for it! Holy smokes. I got it to go but took a bite when I got to my car. “I tried something new today, the hot Turkey open face sandwich smothered in a wonderful mushroom gravy. OMG 😱 So good ! And my salad was the perfect size to complement the large portion of the hot Turkey. I added a little Tabasco cause that what I do. I thought I was finished until the little waitress offered dessert 🍨. I ordered a piece of their home made apple 🍎 pie 🎉🎊😱. People let me tell you this is a bucket lister. With out a doubt the best apple pie I have ever had. And yes they make it from scratch. Great lunch experience today ! I ordered a piece of pie for a friend who is not feeling well and dropped it off to her. Thanks Victorian Corner for such a pleasant atmosphere to have my lunch 🙏.“

“I love and cherish and utterly miss this place.
Unfortunately we no longer live in CA, but much of our money was spent on Friday night Pizza My Way. We went in so often, the staff began to recognize us. We've dined in once and it was really pleasant, but we mainly ordered takeout. Our go-to is the chicken masterpiece, it just has a wonderful flavor profile and never felt heavy/greasy to eat.
We've tried other flavors, but nothing beats the masterpiece. I've attempted to make my own version at home; and I'd like to think I've gotten pretty good at it, but it's just not the same.

“Ordered take out twice during my month long vacation in PG. First order was 5 stars. Fish & Chips and artichoke appetizer. Hot, freshly prepared, delicious! 2nd (repeat) order not so much☹️. I was in-between the lunch and dinner hour and my food had been sitting around awhile I was disappointed! because I was so looking forward to freshly prepared fish & chips“

“If you have children, and don't mind noise, a lot of noise, you might like Angelina's. A LOT of kids teams were also there which is nice, but when there is already excess noise, it makes it tough. It was so loud my husband and I had to lean across the table and almost shout to hear eachother. Food was ok, not good enough to make a special trip for. Service...about 80% self serve, and had to chase down someone if we ever needed anything.“

“Cozy atmosphere, crazy fast service, the kindest workers, and the best pizza!! I’ve gone a couple times and they never fail! Everything from the lasagna to the caesar salad and everything in between is awesome. They have a live band sometimes and have tiramisu Tuesdays! (Who could say no to free dessert)

“Great central Carmel location amongst galleries, bakeries, coffee shops, bookstores etc. In good weather ask for the patio they take reservations by inside vs outside. Great atmosphere out there… old building, stucco, vines, etc. It was cool but they have plenty of heaters. Great food… had bruschetta appetizer which is loaded with diced tomatoes and smoked flavor (grilled bread). Also the di stefano salad, it has crispy goat cheese, roasted beets and fig-balsamic dressing. Excellent, highly recommended! Had the cioppino which was excellent. Good wine list. Eat here lunch OR dinner.“

“I was here last night with friends and it was a great experience very busy but our server was very good about allergy and explaining things to us! I appreciated that they let us stay later and didnt rush us were having a good time! Their bathroom was unacceptable though! Someone needs to do their job better in that department!“

“Very nice restaurant, tasty food and great views! I love the look of the inside of the restaurant, especially the big fireplace in the middle. The food was delicious! I oredered the seafood pasta, highly recommend even though it's a bit expensive. The only compliant I have is the service. It took a WHILE to not only order but to recieve our food. We had our 11 month old with us and babies that age don't typically sit well for extended periods of time. That and our waters weren't refilled once. Hoping for quicker service next time but we will be back some day!“
