“Can we talk about the best rotation on flavors!!! Every week I get to try something new. Todays choice was chocolate dipped strawberry and caramel heath in a cup. If You haven’t tried their homemade waffle cones you gotta. Friendly staff and owners. Clean environment and cute seating right outside. Located just off hwy 12. “Great ice cream but painfully lacking in atmosphere. Its a rather stark & uninviting space yet with so much potential. Its a shame since at one time it had been a BEAUTIFUL contemporary art galley. Now nearly half the space is unused & sit in shadow.“

“Absolutely must try ! This place is the best !!! The ice cream , the drinks , the food is all so so good . I especially love their Agua Fresca in strawberry flavor . The owner and his wife are amazing and always provide the best customer service . They always have a full stock so no need to worry about anything running out or not available . The atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly I just love this place . The agua frescas are the best I’ve ever had.

“This is my favorite crumbl store! I come here sometimes while in my lunch break to grab a cookie and they’ve always been super fresh and decorated well and always taste good. The employees are nice too and the store is clean

“High quality food, varied menu, beautiful atmosphere, great service and large portions. The crab cake appetizer was delicious and could easily be a meal on its own. Crunchy, full of crab and beautifully dressed remoulade. Good wine selection too“

“Best ice cream place in Santa Rosa! The ice cream flavors are deliciously creamy. They carry so many good paleta flavors, too. My favorite paleta is the mango chamoy, and my favorite ice cream combination is pistachio and rose. The inside of the shop is always clean, and the employees are kind and welcoming.“

“I love coming here ive tried their smoothies, bowls & bobas. My favorite by far are the strawberry horchata & the arroz con Leche smoothie. I just have one suggestion on the pricing it should be updated, there has been about two times where I've ordered something and it was more than advertised. I ordered a horchata Agua Fresca and it was listed as 4:50 and I paid 5:41.“

“Have been a few times--last week, had the cold winter/seasonal custard pie with raspberry--delish and not too sweet; the chocolate chip cookie was OK, per husband and friend. Last year, we found the mint Mississippi mud pie too sweet for our preference.
The other suggestion I'd like to make: please use wooden forks/spoons (WorldCentric is a great local resource) which are accepted in the compost bin by Recology in Sonoma County. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: bioplastics (made with plants)/labelled PLA (see photo; which I've gotten at your shop) are NOT currently accepted in compost bins in Sonoma County. (Tip: we can carry our own bamboo utensils.) Great job using the uncoated cardboard takeout containers--those are compostable if food-soiled; recyclable if clean.“

“Always great customer service whenever we walk in. The group of young adults are always very nice and friendly, good to see that in a customer-based environment. This is the only ice cream store that sells Banana ice cream, cannot find a place that has any banana ice cream anymore. Adding the different ingredients and the staff mixing it right in front of you is a joy to watch. You cannot leave without giving them a tip, they work pretty hard for those tips!!! I always tip these girls and guys whenever I'm picking up ice cream!!!!“

“I've always thought of frozen yogurt as ice cream's cousin with a learning disability but this place proves me wrong. Every flavor I've had is totally delightful. The toppings bar is also always clean and organized, and the whole place is kept very clean and appealing. Also, the lady that works there, I suspect she is the owner, is a total doll. Just a very sweet lady.“

“I NEED YOUR ATTENTION I am going through finances, receipts for entire year and noticed an inconsistency with receipts from here. So my understanding is cups and sizes are different prices correct? So someone getting the exact same order and cup size everytime the price is the same should be? What changes it?I only noticed the price is more than what you charge. By Oz and measurements yes price changes but same order each time you aren't charging the full amount. It's only by 5 to 15 cents each time but your business is losing money doing this.Its also not the same cashier each time it's someone different. So, I am not sure where in the system it's going wrong. But the cents add up, so I just wanted to let you know. =)“

“Yes, I recommend Screamin’ Mimi’s, but after today’s visit I may need a new neck. SM’s has always had at least 2 easy-to-read menus viewable, at least one inside and one outside. Not now. Now the ice cream flavors are on just one electronic screen right by the cash register and it’s really high. As in Really HIGH. Lots of small print. I was wondering what kind of neck damage I was incurring while trying to read the menu. The group behind me had some little kids and the adults were having a hard time trying to read and translate (what’s lavender?) the list to them. Or, if you prefer a QR code, it’s also right next to the cash register. Don’t forget your phone! In other words, everyone who hasn’t seen today’s menu before they arrive will be stuck trying to figure out their order while standing next to the cash register, peering at a complex menu, creating a traffic jam and longer line. Please, Mimi’s, don’t have the list so high and don’t put it just before the cash register.“
