“Yes, I recommend Screamin’ Mimi’s, but after today’s visit I may need a new neck. SM’s has always had at least 2 easy-to-read menus viewable, at least one inside and one outside. Not now. Now the ice cream flavors are on just one electronic screen right by the cash register and it’s really high. As in Really HIGH. Lots of small print. I was wondering what kind of neck damage I was incurring while trying to read the menu. The group behind me had some little kids and the adults were having a hard time trying to read and translate (what’s lavender?) the list to them. Or, if you prefer a QR code, it’s also right next to the cash register. Don’t forget your phone! In other words, everyone who hasn’t seen today’s menu before they arrive will be stuck trying to figure out their order while standing next to the cash register, peering at a complex menu, creating a traffic jam and longer line. Please, Mimi’s, don’t have the list so high and don’t put it just before the cash register.“

If You haven’t tried their homemade waffle cones you gotta. Friendly staff and owners. Clean environment and cute seating right outside. Located just off hwy 12. “My husband and I ended up getting lost. We ended up in forestville, I personally wanted a coffee and he suggested ice cream. We ended up at this quaint little shop. I personally don’t like a big crowd, my anxiety tends to get the best of me. There was a worker there who was just an absolute gem that I still haven’t stopped raving about. Kali was gracious, knowledgeable and just so charismatic. She made this environment friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend to anyone. Also to add, I forwent the coffee and got a scoop of snow hopper. Delectable! If you haven’t been, I highly recommend. We will be back!“

“Hands down the BEST paleteria in Sonoma County!! I’ve only gotten them off DoorDash, but even with a drive all the way from RP to Petaluma, my hot cheetos esquites retains it’s high quality!! “This was my first time in, a friend and I went. They have lots of flavors, many I haven't seen elsewhere like horchata, pinenut, strawberry butter, cheese, and corn. I had the pinenut. It was rich, creamy, very tasty. Tasted fresh. I ordered the smallest portion, was 4.25. It was a small portion, a few ounces. Plenty for a single serving! Will definitely be returning to try more flavors.“

“I NEED YOUR ATTENTION I am going through finances, receipts for entire year and noticed an inconsistency with receipts from here. So my understanding is cups and sizes are different prices correct? So someone getting the exact same order and cup size everytime the price is the same should be? What changes it?I only noticed the price is more than what you charge. By Oz and measurements yes price changes but same order each time you aren't charging the full amount. It's only by 5 to 15 cents each time but your business is losing money doing this.Its also not the same cashier each time it's someone different. So, I am not sure where in the system it's going wrong. But the cents add up, so I just wanted to let you know. =)“

“Always great customer service whenever we walk in. The group of young adults are always very nice and friendly, good to see that in a customer-based environment. This is the only ice cream store that sells Banana ice cream, cannot find a place that has any banana ice cream anymore. Adding the different ingredients and the staff mixing it right in front of you is a joy to watch. You cannot leave without giving them a tip, they work pretty hard for those tips!!! I always tip these girls and guys whenever I'm picking up ice cream!!!!“
