“A great meal to celebrate our 8th grader’s MS graduation and my FIL’s 75th birthday! Thankful, too, for the Katz family’s support of our school’s fundraiser back in April - we were able to use a gift card we had won at that event.

Definitely a “seen and be seen” kind of vibe, but we did not feel out of place at all and the service was warm and welcoming and super accommodating of both our youngest son’s allergies and our large party. Thank you so much, especially Katrina who was patient and attentive throughout our meal.

Rolls were delicious, the whole crispy fish was a showstopper, and the drinks were perfect. All in all, a superb evening!“

“This is the first time I have ever been to one of the Bacari locations. This one, in Sherman Oaks, is excellent. My daughter, Lauren, picked this restaurant. I was surprised, because Lauren usually picks out more expensive restaurants.

Bacari is a tapas type restaurant. The prices are reasonable because the portions, and the plates, are small. They recommended ordering three plates per person.

We ordered one plate for each of us and a Margarita pizza to share. The pizza was excellent. I had the Bacari burger. It was amazing. My wife had sea bass, and our daughter had a filet. We all enjoyed our meals.

Service was prompt, friendly, and efficient. In this restaurant, they bring out each plate as it's ready. That encourages people to share and socialize.

The restaurant was quite noisy inside. They have a nice little courtyard with outdoor seating. It was slightly less noisy in the outdoor courtyard.

For people who want to lose weight and still have delicious meals, I recommend Bacari Sherman Oaks.“

“Love the atmosphere of this comfortably casual bar. Ample outdoor seating provides the perfect spot to sip a beer or two relaxing in the sunshine. I don’t eat meat so I haven’t tried the burgers, which come highly recommended. The garlic parmesan fries are excellent and enough for 3 people. Sorry I can’t say the same for the cauliflower wings or pretzels with cheese sauce. But I had the best-poured beer of my life—a fresh Scrimshaw pilsner in a sparkling-clean glass. See attached video. Despite the venue’s name, they now offer cocktails as well as beer and wine.“

“Probably top 3 bagels I’ve ever had in my life. And I LOVE a NY bagel. I got the rosemary and seal salt bagel with lox, bean sprouts, tomatoes, and eggs and it was absolutely fantastic. The bagel was cooked to perfection and flavored wonderfully. The people were super nice and it was made super quickly.“

“Let's start with the Tarantino Margarita was excellent...and a definite go to when I return. My husband had a cucumber mint margarita and loved it. Chips and salsa were perfect in my honest opinion. I had the house burrito with ground beef. It was good but I think I'll try something different next time. Now, truth be told, I did fill up on chips and salsa. I also kept picking at my husbands Fajitas because the meat and veggies were spiced just right. All in all- great experience and worth every penny.“

“I love In-N-Out. I've visited this establishment for over 20 years. The drive thru is busy, but the staff is amazing and handles it well. Because of my health issues, I don't have the appetite that I once had. I dropped in for a hamburger and was not disappointed. And where can you still get a quality burger for $4.11 in today's economy?“

“The place is great. Myself and my wife came there for a pizza (truffle) the place was still not full and due to some difficulties in the kitchen. We had to wait very long time for the pizza and started to get really hungry angry.. my wife went to check on the order but still did not help. Not a good start! But then.. the pizza arrive, the stuff apologized and the pizza.. oh my good, was so good. One of the best we had for a while.. so we could forgive and the problems they had.. I really enjoyed the pizza so , even though there are so many places to eat in downtown Ventura, we found ourself in the next time back for another one.. the stuff was surprised to see us and giving them second chance and promised us the it will not happen. Again, and it was true, we ordered a great salad that arrived in minutes and few minutes after , the pizza was ready and again wonderful. I want to mention the girl Anna that was taking our orders and help in the kitchen. She was very kind polite and helpful, and new how to take responsibility when issues happened (I appreciated that) and was totally on her game the second night , and made sure everything will be great for us. ! “Had steak and lobster with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Everything was delicious. Mel was our server and did a great job. It was my birthday and my grandson told the server. Next thing I know and Mel brought a dish with ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate syrup and strawberries with a candle in it. Great restaurant! Really enjoyed our time there!“

The curry dip was hearty and creamy and paired perfectly with the crunchy roti. The fried rice was the perfect balance of fresh produce and indulgent fried goodness. I ordered the California Lounge, which was a massive burger! I added a side of "half-and-half," combining onion rings and french fries. Although the fries were a bit soggy for my taste, I still enjoyed every bite.

I also had a Mexican Coke on ice, though it's not pictured. Overall, everything was great. I appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere and the welcoming decor.“

“Visited last week with a group after hearing good things about it through a friend. Their pizza is delicious, good dough/cheese/sauce ratio. We ordered the Chicken Alfredo pizza and Margherita pizza. I also tried their Chicken Marsala and it hit the spot. They also serve espresso drinks, perfect before hitting the road after stuffing ourselves. Would recommend and definitely coming back.“
