All were delicious, but the mochi brownie was our favorite. The miso perfectly complements the cinnamon roll and the roll still tastes sweet. The cream bun was so soft and not too sweet.

Street parking available nearby. Cafe has good seating, high ceilings, and modern decor.“

“The influence is real and it definitely delivered! Wow, the Spicy California Caesar Wrap was DELICIOUS. I cannot wait to have it again! I was able to order online and pick it up fairly quickly because the restaurant is right outside near the parking garage. The ambiance is very relaxing, I love their outdoor seating area that doesn't feel like you're in the mall but I also like that you can just go straight to the mall if you wanted to. “I came to the cafe an hour before closing, usually baristas will have a unwelcoming attitude but they welcomed me with the warmest embrace, especially the curly haired girl who complimented my glasses haha. “Went here on my birthday on October 23rd this year with my family and Maid Nagi was very attentive, helpful, and very sweet. I ordered the SR Kawaii Combo and got the Omurice with Ketchup writing as my Entree, Ichigo Cheesecake for dessert, and Sakura Flower Milky Tea. The food here is made fresh and hot, while the taste for everything was really delicious and I had a good time here. Maid Nagi also wrote Happy Birthday on my Omurice as well as my polaroid included in the set which I thought was very cute and generous. The place was really elegant and clean. I recommend Arcane if you’re wanting to celebrate a birthday, just want to chill out with friends, or family.“

“I took my granddaughter to the Huntington Library & Gardens, and we enjoyed the Traditional Tea along with a Charcuterie Board. I hadn't been to the Rose Garden Tea Room for years and I think it has really improved. We enjoyed the charcuterie board so much that we barely had room for all the other assorted goodies. Everything was delicious and there was lots of it. We agreed that a couple of the sandwich breads were a little too strong on the herbs, drowning out the flavor of the fillings. but all in all we had a lovely time. “

The atmosphere gives like veterans POW/Elk Lodge/small town/diner vibes, a handful of older(40/50+) dudes, a young teen couple and a family with toddler was here when I sat in at 10am on Wednesday morning. The service is quick and the staff are polite. The food is good for a cafe and a simple breakfast, lunch, or snack. “This is Pasadena's best kept secret. Adorable cakes in a tin that are perfect for picnics or to take home. Literally couldn’t decide which one was my favorite—the mango one that looks like a sunny side up egg, but I think the matcha yuzu with the fluffiest chiffon cake definitely won.

Besides sweets, they also have Japanese-style sandos. The staff recommended the one with pork floss--if you don’t know what pork floss is, give it a try, I guarantee it goes so well with the egg sando!

“I came here with a friend right after watching a movie in the nearby theater. The churros are otherworldly. Neither in Venezuela, nor in Spain would you find better churros (I'd know, I've been to both countries). The prices are incredibly reasonable too. The side toppings are varied, caramel and sweetened condensed milk are the two that stood out to me the most but you can also go for Nutella, amongst others. 10/10“

Their popcorn chicken was good and very generous in the portion size. This location has plenty of street parking available. They have an indoor seating area but disappointedly it was closed.
