“I absolutely love these fish tacos. Doesnt ever have to be summertime for me to want fish tacos and ceviche! The staff is helpful and courteous. Food is brought to your table, they have tv on so if your watching a baseball game, it may possibly be on.
Their service hasn't ever disappointed even while having to attend to drive through orders. Restrooms are clean. There is outside seating as well.“

“Amazing birria tacos 😍🌮 came in at around 9pm and I also got a Cantarito. Soooo good. The consomé is also really good. The queso birria tacos are $3.50 & the consomé is $3. Really great price. The Cantarito was $15 but it was really good. I had it with Mezcal 🍹I took the food to go and even though I ate about an hour after I got them, they were still really good. No soggy tortillas 😆 overall 5/5 ⭐! Great service, too! Thank you so much! 🙏“

“If you have not had the chance to dine in at Girasol, I highly recommend it. The chicharon with guac is a must as a starter, make sure you get some of the spicy sauce. As for a recommendation for a meal, well you have to come in and try. We loved the chilaquiles, the carne en su juego, the menudo, and the breakfast burrito. If you have a sweeter taste, the French toast, the pancakes and the crepe are awesome. But as mentioned before, you just have to come in and try everything.“

“Ordered a bowl of albondigas and the chile colorado plate. Holy cow! Shouldve ordered one or the other. I cant breathe now. The soup was amazing. Came out perfect temperature. Veggies were right between soft and crunchy. Meatballs were perfect. Really good bowl of soup for sure. Chile colorado plate was great as well. Full of flavor and beef was very tender. Rice and beans were perfect addition to smear on the flour tortillas. Good music and good ambiance. Staff are very polite and professional. My iced tea never got even down to half a glass. Chips and salsa were also good. Salsa had a bite but not too much. Chips had just the right amount of salt. Awesome experience here. Im gonna ask to load next door every week. Lol“

“Heading to Boyle Heights to hangout with friends and my hunnis and I stumbled on this bar. The tacos were really good. They were a little pricey but I like trying new spots. I had a fried shrimp taco & grill shrimp taco. My hunnis got an asada taco and a fried shrimp taco as well. They even made me a virgin margarita. We had to park on the streets which could be a hassle but we were fortunate to get a close up spot. We stopped in there on a Friday afternoon and there wasn’t many folks in there. But it had a cool vibe. We will visit again!“

“I was heading to another bar and wanted to try this place out first. I drank some beers, ate some complementary salsa (the chips were really good!), and watched some sports. The place was pretty packed; the private room was occupied.
The service was great. They were efficient even when it was a packed house.
They have a good size parking lot. You can park in the neighborhood for free also.“

“A gem in the city of Monrovia. It’s in a small plaza next to a laundromat, near a liquor store and across from another taco stand—this taco stand across the way doesn’t serve fish tacos. This place has a good variety on their menu, but the prized item is their fish tacos. Quite tasty and delicious with green or red (for the more spicy palettes) salsa. My girlfriend told me about Tacos Neza a while ago, and we finally made it! We parked around Old Pasadena and walked a few minutes — the place was calm and super clean.
We ordered the Encostrados — each plate comes with two crispy cheese-wrapped rolls and your choice of filling (Pastor, Asada, Chicken, or Veggies). I tried one Asada and one Chicken — both incredible! The meat was perfectly grilled, the cheese crust added a smoky touch, and the flavors blended beautifully. 🤤
They also give you pickled onions and a few spicy sauces on the side — highly recommend adding a little green salsa for extra kick. 🌶️🔥
The vibe is modern but cozy, service is friendly, and prices are fair.

“This place is pretty decent. All I really get here are fish and shrimp tacos. And I think those are pretty darn good. If I'm going out on a limb I get a bean and cheese burrito. No fluff, no nonsense, just a burrito to the dome that makes me fart. 🙂 Anyway, I think it serves better food than the other place in Sierra. Madre that's just my opinion. Service is fast and there's some good people working here. So come here eat a fish taco and shut up. Love, me. 🙂😘“
