“This place is pretty decent. All I really get here are fish and shrimp tacos. And I think those are pretty darn good. If I'm going out on a limb I get a bean and cheese burrito. No fluff, no nonsense, just a burrito to the dome that makes me fart. 🙂 Anyway, I think it serves better food than the other place in Sierra. Madre that's just my opinion. Service is fast and there's some good people working here. So come here eat a fish taco and shut up. Love, me. 🙂😘“

“If you have not had the chance to dine in at Girasol, I highly recommend it. The chicharon with guac is a must as a starter, make sure you get some of the spicy sauce. As for a recommendation for a meal, well you have to come in and try. We loved the chilaquiles, the carne en su juego, the menudo, and the breakfast burrito. If you have a sweeter taste, the French toast, the pancakes and the crepe are awesome. But as mentioned before, you just have to come in and try everything.“

The Cantarito was $15 but it was really good. I had it with Mezcal 🍹I took the food to go and even though I ate about an hour after I got them, they were still really good. “Heading to Boyle Heights to hangout with friends and my hunnis and I stumbled on this bar. The tacos were really good. They were a little pricey but I like trying new spots. I had a fried shrimp taco & grill shrimp taco. My hunnis got an asada taco and a fried shrimp taco as well. They even made me a virgin margarita. We had to park on the streets which could be a hassle but we were fortunate to get a close up spot. We stopped in there on a Friday afternoon and there wasn’t many folks in there. But it had a cool vibe. We will visit again!“

“I was heading to another bar and wanted to try this place out first. I drank some beers, ate some complementary salsa (the chips were really good!), and watched some sports. The place was pretty packed; the private room was occupied.

The service was great. They were efficient even when it was a packed house.

They have a good size parking lot. You can park in the neighborhood for free also.“

My girlfriend told me about Tacos Neza a while ago, and we finally made it! We parked around Old Pasadena and walked a few minutes — the place was calm and super clean.

We ordered the Encostrados — each plate comes with two crispy cheese-wrapped rolls and your choice of filling (Pastor, Asada, Chicken, or Veggies). I tried one Asada and one Chicken — both incredible! The meat was perfectly grilled, the cheese crust added a smoky touch, and the flavors blended beautifully. 🤤

They also give you pickled onions and a few spicy sauces on the side — highly recommend adding a little green salsa for extra kick. 🌶️🔥

The vibe is modern but cozy, service is friendly, and prices are fair.
