“We had our wedding after-party at Mission West, with dancing and a DJ on the back patio. It was the best decision we could have possibly made. From our perspective, there were zero flaws. The venue has such outstanding vibes, great ownership and staff who run the bar very well and are a delight to work with. Our friends had the best time and it felt like every idea we had they were able to make happen. We were so stoked to support what they have going on there and have since recommended Mission West to a friend who is also going to have their wedding after party there. The entrance is around the back of motiv off pearl alley but if it's after 9:30p you'll need to go to motiv first to get stamped anyways.“

“We went there last week and it was a great experience. We came in just in time because it wasn’t busy yet. We got the only table by the window and it made it special for our occasion. The drink I had ordered wasn’t available so they suggested another one which was ginger beer and I liked it! It was a refreshing drink. The charcuterie board was delicious too! Everything was amazing. My girl and I had a great time and the waitress gave us a complimentary drink with our dinner. Thank you. We will surely go back again!“

“Downtowns best new restaurant! Giving European vibes. The hostess was the owner operator, liked her a lot. Our server was fantastic. We started off with a drink I ordered a delicious grapefruit speciality cocktail. My friends had a martini and a glass of wine. We started off with chicken liver pate with pickled onions and grilled sourdough and their grilled squash app. This chef knows what he’s doing. Really fantastic. I had the rockfish for my entree and the plate was cleaned. My friends had the cacio pepe which wasn’t made traditionally but fresh pasta in a pepppery cream sauce hits the spot. We didn’t have dessert. We were pretty full at this point. I’m so glad downtown has this place! Delicious!“

“This is a review for low tide bar & grill - same kitchen and wait staff as high tide side.

Positives: nice decor. Excellent food.
Negatives: very poor service.

We have a reservation. We are seated (party of 2) and after us a party of 5 and a family with 3 small children are seated by us. Restaurant has one other table already seated with drinks. Bar is about 50% full. In other words, not exactly slammed.

Both parties seated after us get water, and then orders are taken for them. No one makes eye contact, or checks on us. After 15 minutes the first table gets their food. Still no visit from anyone to us (literally walking around us.)

We let the manager know we’re somehow ignored. The hostess (not a server) brings us water. Another 5 minutes goes by, and our server appears, explaining she was on break. Ok, so don’t seat people at a table with no coverage, or make sure one of the other servers (there were plenty, we could see them hanging around the kitchen) cover your tables. We put our complete order (one drink each, burger and chicken dishes) in. Drinks appear 5 minutes later. Food appears 30 minutes later. The restaurant is not busy. Not sure why it took 30 minutes to cook a small chicken breast and a 1/4 pound burger.

The server offered us free dessert, which we declined.

Total price: $110 before tip. Nothing was removed from the bill.

With excellent service, could have been 5 stars. With average food, 3. The food was good. The overall experience was very poor. We won’t be back.“

“Over in San Francisco from Perth Australia and popped in for a couple of beers, awesome spot and great beers, staff were super friendly and even grabbed some merch, get yourselves over and support these guys and have a cracking pint or four“
