It’s a small hole in the wall type of place, maybe 10 tables. I highly recommend. The menu isn’t small and at the same time not overwhelming. They have a daily specials menu too. Will be returning. “This IHOP is the very best IHOP I have ever been too.. I drive all the way from perris California to eat and have breakfast there. The food is fresh hot and very very delicious. (Shot out to the cook, because they can cook spactaclur food). The waitress in the early morning is really so very polite and professional. Everytime I get breakfast there I feel like I'm home, because im treated so very well, at times like a V.I.P. because she always checking on me! “This place is an old school Korean restaurant but the food is excellent. As someone who recently moved from Koreatown LA to a gateway city, I had to find my go to Korean restaurant and I think this is one of my favorite places. We like to get the Uhndaegoo jorim (braised black cod). Some of our other favorites are the dahk gae jang, as well as the bohtsahm. The atmosphere is very modest and simple, but this is the kind of place that suits me.

I highly recommend this place both for Korean traditionalists as well as non-Koreans who just want some really good quality Korean food.“

“The cafeteria is a standard food hall with lots of seating and tables.

The main reason I go here is because of their Cali Cob salad is phenomenal. As a person that has tried lots of high end salads at other establishments, this salad is one of the best cobs I’ve ever had.

Almost as great as Joey’s in DTLA. The vegetables are very fresh, the dressing is excellent. I love that it has a lot of chicken pieces that are delicious and egg along with bacon pieces. It’s a solid salad for the price and one of my favorite salads of all time. I highly recommend it.

“If you're looking for a good spot to eat close to the DTLA court houses, check out the Galero Grill in the Cathedral complex. A five minute walk from the court houses with good food at reasonable prices. Plus, there's a lovely patio with tables to enjoy your meal in peace (other than the Cathedral chimes on the hour). It's run by the Patina group so, although the food isn't fancy, the quality is very good.“

“Service could improve some as my daughter, whom I was meeting for breakfast arrived ahead of me, told a server that she was waiting on me and the person gave another patron the next available table. We had to wait about 15 additional minutes to finally grab seats at the counter. When we ordered the server did not suggest beverages and we had to get her attention to add them to our order. “We always seem to get the same waitress and she's on point. Always kind, anticipate your needs and checks on you appropriately. We always go on a Saturday and it is busy and she juggles very well. Love breklakfast here, but food got one less star because the lunch not so hot. I ordered fish and shrimp. Just stick to their specialty, which is breakfast. Get the seafood at a legit seafood house. “We had such a fun time at IHOP in Chula Vista! It was the perfect breakfast spot for our family.

The kids had a blast, and honestly, the kids’ menu is one of the best I’ve seen—they just circle what they want, and that’s it! Simple, fun, and it keeps them engaged.

I had the scrambled eggs and sausages, and they were delicious, cooked just right and very satisfying. Even though we went for breakfast, some of the kids went straight for burgers and fries, which they loved.

IHOP gives you full flexibility, eggs your way, vegetarian and even vegan options, which I really appreciated.

The atmosphere was relaxed and cheerful, and we were seated right away with no wait at all.

Our food came out quickly, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The parking lot is huge, which made getting in and out easy, especially with a group.
