“We went to this place for the first time, not expecting much. It just looks likes a generic place in a shopping strip from the outside. When we entered, we immediately saw how clean it was and how friendly everyone was there. They were very attentive throughout the course of our meal as well! They have a little robot that brings your food out to you but the server is right there ready to get the food off of the robot waiter. The food was absolutely divine! We got the fish and a shrimp dinner instead of the combination plates. The salads were great as well! Overall, our experience was extremely satisfactory and I would recommend this place to anyone. “We've always wanted to try a seafood boil. The food was fun to eat and tasted great. There were choices on the type of seasoning and how spicy you want your boil. I only wish more thought was put into the presentation. The pictures online show silver pots and plates. We received our seafood boil double bagged in plastic. After spending over $300 for a birthday dinner for two, I expected a little bit more.“

“I Had the frog legs, parmesan fries and the Cajun rice. Everything was perfect except the rice. The Cajun rice was a little gummy and some grains of rice were still hard. The atmosphere was quiet and the customer service was wonderful. Reasonable prices were appreciated.“

“With so many places to eat around Disneyland, Royal Street Veranda can sometimes be overlooked. This quick-service spot offers hearty clam chowder, plant-based chili, and unique seasonal snacks--a solid 3.75 star, a-ok rating for me.

As of February 2025, the breakfast menu includes the popular Waffle Cristo (in full and half orders), seasonal snacks, and beverages.

For lunch and dinner, entrées include clam chowder or plant-based chili in a sourdough bread bowl, seasonal items, kids' meals, and non-alcoholic beverages. The snack-size Mardi Gras Monte Cristo was delicious and comforting, perfect for one person or sharing with a friend.

The sourdough bread bowls can be a hit or miss. Although I have had fresh bread in the past, the bread in my recent order was cold and stale. Also, the price is the same, whether the chowder or soups come with or without the bread bowl. I think you'd get more soup in a regular bowl, but I'll have to find out next time. They also charge extra for the little dipping sauces or jam cup. It would have been nice to include it with the items.

There is one window for walk-up ordering and one for pickup, including mobile orders. Mobile ordering is the way to go to save time. Magic Key discounts also apply.

There are a few tables available at RSV but they can be crowded. You can also walk over to Tiana's Palace, Harbour Galley, or Stage Door Cafe (next to River Belle Terrace) for additional tables and breathing room.

Note: I prefer the clam chowder at Aunt Cass's in DCA. ;)“

“Mlem Mlem Crab is a seafood lover's dream come true! My group and I got a mixture of fresh shrimp, crab, mussels, and crawfish in our boil, which suited everyone's tastebuds! The seafood was cooked to perfection and covered in their delicious signature mlem mlem crab and garlic butter sauce. We also added extra items like sweet corn, boiled eggs, sausages, and tender red potatoes which complemented the seafood and sauce beautifully. I appreciated that I could customize every part of the seafood boil from the spice level of the sauce to the individual items in the boil itself, allowing me and my group to tailor the meal to our tastes.On top of the great food, the ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making it an excellent place for a casual dinner with friends. The nautical-themed decor added to the charm and made me feel like I was at a seaside eatery. The service was exceptional as our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and had great recommendations. We had the duck tacos and pumpkin and prawn soup, which we would make a special trip back for. Manny was excellent and checked on us throughout the meal. Above and beyond service! “I had family from out of the country come visit and we took them to Disneyland. I knew I had to take them to this restaurant in the whole park. Now because the trip to Disney was so last minute we did not get reservations. The restaurant took us as a walk in when they opened with a smile on. We still got a great table for our party. We had a picky eater in our group and the restaurant gave us something off the menu to accommodate us. I was blown away by the service and just how kind everyone was to us. At the end of the night I asked my family what was their favorite part of the park and everyone mentioned Blue Bayou. Thank you for making me look like such an amazing tour guide!!!“

“I was here for a birthday party, due to this event all of the staff was assigned to this event from 5:00 pm to 7:30 dinner and the bar services wasn't being offered . Once services were back in full swing, the margaritas were margarotahs terrible . Hosting a party and while being open as a full bar was too much for them to handle, they can only do one or the other.“
