My favorite items were the Vietnamese steak and eggs (super tender meat and flavorful sauce) and the Cajun seafood platter (tender crawfish, shrimp, clams, and mussels). The $4 extra for live/fresh seafood is totally worth it. The seafood platter comes with delicious bread, which was perfect when dipped in the sauce! The crispy calamari was delicious (batter wasn’t too thick). The hot stone pho was average. I personally didn’t notice a significant difference between pho in a hot stone bowl vs regular pho. My bf loved the garlic noodles, but I thought it needed more flavor. All the items we got I would probably give 5/5 stars except for the pho and the garlic noodles, which I would give 3/5 stars“

“I love this place and it’s boiling pots. I’ve tried the shrimp, crawfish, crab, king crab and clams. All delicious with medium whole sha-bang sauce and a side of corn and potato. Can’t be beat with a cold beer and good company. The spicy of the sauces can be modified for those that like it spicy or not. Also if you don’t like to get your hands dirty you can ask for some gloves, definitely a must if you have an infant and want to be able to feed them at any point.“

“Just left the Salem Oregon location. It was so much better than what I was expecting. It’s not been open long so they’re still working out the kinks with servers and all that. “We have gone to pretty much all Crab Shack locations in the local area, my daughter wanted crab shack and we stoped by since we were closest to this location. I have to say the food here was delicious!! We ordered a special they have 2 pounds of shrimp and 1 pound of muscles, mild crab shack style. The shrimp were cooked perfectly they were plump not over cooked and were easy to peel. The Waitress we had when we ordered was ok she took our order but whenever we needed anything she was no where to be found. It's not like it was busy there was only one other table occupied. Mid way through our meal she either went home or went on break cause we never saw her again which was fine cause the second waitress was readily available and checked on us a few times. The only thing about this place that we didn't like is the booths they're super uncomfortable, the cushion on them was very thin and you could feel the wood planks underneath. They also weren't bolted down so they were moving a bit, oh and the table height to the booth seats was alittle awkward too. Maybe next time we will sit at a table with chairs“

What did we order? - Crispy Chicken Wings - Soft Shell Crab Po'Boy Sandwich - 1lb Seafood Lunch Combo : 1 lb Seafood (half shrimp & clams) + Sausage + Corn + Potatoes and Choice of Sauce What impressed me the most was the Soft Shell Crab Po'Boy Sandwich which includes 2 whole soft shell crabs. Most places will give you one and slice it in half but Mlem Mlem Crab gives you TWO!!! It's perfectly battered fried in between crusty baguette with Cajun mayo, lettuce and tomatoes. It's so Mlem Mlem (DELICIOUS!) that you can't stop eating it! It is super filling and satisfying. Loved every single bite and I am okay with getting a bit messy with this Po'Boy. The customer service by far is a 10 double ++ for those of you who are not used to being tended too, asking if you need anything during your time at an eating establishment you are in for a treat. The host, server, etc were very sweet and sincere. To the food.....I'm sorry my tastebuds just had a flashback. Where do I start? The flavors were bold and complimented one another something fierce, I had a Brazilian Carnival going on in my mouth. We started with the Edamames with a cajun seasoning. I was stuck here a while, even when our food came i was still going through them. Next was the curry. The yellow curry was rich, smooth with chunky potato and big juicy shrimps. I poured this delectable treat over my seafood fried rice which sent me to another dimension of tastebud euphoria. The class, mussels, shrimp, crab was just mmmmm mmm. Finally we had the Pad See Ew Combo with flat noodles, Broccoli and egg yummy. I mixed this in with the yellow curry, can somebody give me a ride home because I feel a food coma coming.
