“The staff are absolutely lovely. It really brings me joy on the days I am able to come in because their attitude is always bright and refreshing. I like to come in on occasion to study or read something on my laptop.The recent interior makeover is also a great update with a more modern and sleek feeling while retaining the hip cafe vibes. Also, it's in a great location being near a gas station, smaller businesses, several food options and a Raley's to top it off.“

The price is very reasonable, the staff are always respectful and friendly and it is always clean and stocked with the only exception of running out of certain ingredients. The only downfall is the location is upscale and is full of Karens and Kyles.“

“Best customer service I have seen ever. When you walk through the door, they all greet you. They let you know they will be right with you. They start up small talk at the register. They say the name of each order they are working on. And even if they weren't directly a part of the small talk with you, they brought it up when you grab your drink. My jaw was dropped. “One of the slower drive thru's of all the Starbucks. I have been to this one a few times and the line seems to always move slower than other starbucks. Everything else is the same though good service.The drive thru is on the crowded side, reason being the road/lane next to you is the bank teller drive thru. So it can get crowded and busy leaving people getting frustrated with one another, as sometimes the starbucks patrons block the road to the teller.“

“I've been getting my Starbies fix here for years since I commute every day for work. But in the past month I have been frequently visiting 3-4x a day all because my husband who had multiple strokes has recently had a deficit in his speech and eating (aphasia) and has been enjoying egg bites and iced oleato. And it is literally the only thing he enjoys. I'm so grateful for Ryan and Aidan because they always know how to make it correctly. And if anyone knows anything about strokes their impulsive and moody. So thank you two for always giving us the BEST service“

“The receipt for the cashier who helped me said Bismarck he was very nice his customer service was grande. My friend got the passion fruit freeze drink I don't remember exactly what it's called but it's a new drink "cool and refreshing" I got the caramelized Apple crunch oatmilk macchiato " cold" in the pumpkin cream cheese filled muffin. I appreciate how they don't put stickers on the cups they write on it with a sharpie instead one less thing for polluting the planet. Oh and lastly I had my drink customed I had them put the pumpkin cream on top of my drink with the caramel drizzle on top it was heavenly it was Best of both worlds pumpkin with apple pie flavoring loved it loved it loved ?????

Dietary restrictions: If you need to customize a drink there do it for you as long as you tell them what you know you need they have other options if you can't have dairy -almond milk, oatmilk ,coconut milk, soy milk

Parking: It's inside Lincoln center to a course there's parking

Kid-friendliness: If you get a coffee drink you can have it be cream base instead of caffeine for you kid and there are yummy bread slices and muffins and fruit if you don't have a picky eater I would say all the foods and drinks here are kid-friendly honestly

Wheelchair accessibility: The doors open automatically so if you're in a wheelchair you don't have to worry about pressing a button“

“A university Starbucks that ticks the boxes of what you need. Can be busy during lunch hours for students. And they have a habit of closing without notice during holiday weekend. Most of the staff are super sweet and fast working. Be aware some staff are students of the university and so work slower or don't always know how to properly make a drink. Be patient!“

“I made a mobile order 8:16am well in drive thru ,my drink wasn’t ready 8:30am.I went inside and it was slammed, drinks were behind due to the new HOLIDAY cup.As I’m waiting extra 15min the gril handling the mobile app line was so professional and was getting drinks out the best she can and not once did she have attitude or was rude to those customers that was being mad at her.I felt bad but this employee deserves a reward for dealing with times like this.I gave five star because of her she was the best person they had on that station!!A little advise to customers if you know when cups are launched make sure your not in a hurry so you don’t take it out on the employee allow yourself time to get your drink anything can come up or happen!!God bless!“

“BRANDON remembers my order all the time! Very personalized and very kind worker! Best Starbucks employee I've ever seen and been a customer to! I'm from Oahu Hawaii, but he has a lot of aloha spirit! The Hawaii Starbucks workers can't compare! Please take care of this employee because he makes Starbucks shine! He remembers how I like my pink drink and how I can't handle a lot of caffeine, whether I have a morning shift or an afternoon shift, he's ready and waiting to help me get my favorite drink in a speedy and efficient time! “The past two times I came to this starbucks I got a peppermint mocha, and each time it tasted terrible, I didn't even finish the drink. so when I went in this time, I told Lalo that exact thing and he recommended the white peppermint mocha. Now, I am not opposed to a different typa mocha. So I went ahead and tried it. As soon as I took a sip, oh, I felt the sensation run through my body. I can not express how much of a game changer this is. I think I have become a different person. The first homeless person I seen I gave them $5 and when someone cut me off in traffic, I didn't honk or get mad, I just grabbed my grande white peppermint mocha and I took a sip. Today is a wonderful day. All thanks to that sweet boy Lalo. Maybe next time i'll get myself a venti, feeling very spectacular today.“
