“One of the better dive bars I have been to! Not too loud, great service and drinks, and just a great vibe in general. Would recommend if you’re looking for a chill place to hang out watch some sports and relax. No food though and the place is a little dark (if you don’t mind dim lighting). I did go early (4-7 pm), so no music but a dj did come on later and played some amazing rock music! Anyone playing linkin park at a bar, already gets a 5 on 5 for me!“

“Surprisingly delightful off the beaten path watering hole. Stopped by on the recommendation of a friend—stayed for the refreshingly smooth Natural Light and always tasty Trader Joe's snacks. Definitely a must-visit for any trip to Rains, CA.“

“What a lovely and kind addition 7-Bamboo is to our city. So. Much. Fun. Karaoke was fire, and the bartenders and security were welcoming and on point. Plus, where else (not even on YouTube) are are going to see a live performance by a Boomer first-generation immigrant absolutely slay Whole Lotta Love AND get high-fived all the way back to his seat, all for the price and pleasure of a couple of well-made drinks? I could venture a guess our crooner was from Vietnam, where so many of us San Joséans originate, but in whatever land he was born, I suspect Robert Plant wished he could bathe in its waters. Yep. It's a joyful place, full of pleasant surprises.“

“Starbucks had a short lady who is rude today. Instead of handing my black coffee that was already brewed in to the cup, she acted busy trying make hot food and handing over to customer that came after me. Looked back at me waiting my hand and did not care - not sure if she is racist. Other garls when i asked about my coffee, they had to brew fresh coffee again!! Some good people. Lot of other fast food. Free parking on weekends..“

“Had a wonderful visit to Club SJC by gate A15. The lounge is clean, comfortable, and a perfect spot to relax or get some work done before a flight. A special shout-out to Dan, who was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely nice. Exceptional customer service like his makes all the difference. Highly recommend stopping in if you're passing through San Jose!“

“I'm reading a few negative reviews but I am perplexed. I've eaten here several times while staying at the hotel. The staff is super friendly and the food is quite good for hotel food. Drinks were very good as well. It has been enjoyable every time.“

“An amazing karaoke experience!

I came here with a group of friends, and we had an absolute blast. The private rooms were super clean, comfortable, and had great soundproofing — we could sing our hearts out without feeling self-conscious. The song selection was huge, with both English and Korean options (plus plenty of recent hits). The sound system was crisp, and the mics actually worked perfectly the whole night — which isn’t always the case at karaoke spots!

Highly recommend. I will be coming back often.“

There are some complaints about food prices, but they don’t serve food, sometimes the bartenders bring in free food.

“We were weary travelers stopping by Scotty's in hope of a more chill vibe with some good food, and Scottys delivered! Our bartender, Sergio, was so friendly and fun! We got some inside knowledge about the town as we are from Oregon. The drinks were perfect and the food was top notch! I would have expected to pay a lot more for the quality of food and service we received at literally any of the surrounding places. We will visit Palo Alto again if only to go back to Scotty's as a new tradition! Thank you, Sergio, for making our anniversary dinner a great one! Someone give him a raise!“

“If you're staying at the hotels nearby, take a walk over here for dinner. The service, food, and atmosphere were all picture perfect. I had a steak with shrimp, mashed potatoes, and carrots and although I wasn't expecting exactly 5 stars from a bowling alley diner that's exactly what I got! Wonderful food served with a smile. This is exactly what you go to a diner for. Can't compliment this place enough!! Thanks for an absolutely knock-out mall y'all!!“

“Great bar, it's 1130pm and full warning me and my son (12) are waiting for the bathroom. So be aware the bathrooms are limited.

The couple heavy petting in the bathroom line let is cut which was very nice.

The fernet shots are poured strong. 10/10 a little loud for me and my 12 year old.

Edit: To the owners my sons loves the stained glass. That why I took him. 5/5 great place.“

“This was my first visit to Bay 101 for some gambling fun. We played many games, and our chips fluctuated from winning to losing to winning, etc. But we never stopped having a good time. The dealers were very friendly and helpful when we didn’t understand the games, and the vibe was super relaxed, and everyone was having a good time.“
