“Had a wonderful evening at Hops and Beans Cafe! We visited on a Saturday evening, and the live jazz band created such an amazing vibe in this cozy little cafe.

For drinks, we tried the Mocha Latte and the Rose Cardamom Latte.. both were delicious and perfectly crafted. For food, we had the Caprese Grilled Cheese and Avocado Toast, which were fresh and flavorful. But the real star was the Spinach and Artichoke Dip .. absolutely finger-licking good!

This is definitely a great spot for casual meetups with friends, good food, and relaxing music. They also offer beer on tap, which we’ll definitely be coming back to try next time. Highly recommend!“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one is well deserved.

When DELAH first opened, it was honestly pretty chaotic. The lines were long, the wait times were even longer, and it felt like the team was still finding their rhythm—which is totally understandable for a new, high-demand spot. That said, even back then, the drinks were always delicious.

We decided to give it some time, and I’m so glad we did. During Ramadan this year, we found ourselves coming here often after breaking our fast, and the difference has been night and day. Everything runs so much smoother now, and the experience has completely transformed—while the quality of the product has remained consistently amazing.

The pistachio latte is easily one of the best I’ve ever had—and I’ve tried it everywhere. Whether iced or hot, it doesn’t miss. The pistachio baklava is incredible, and the cheesecake… honestly one of the best I’ve had. The texture, the creaminess, the flavor—10/10 from start to finish.

What really stood out this time around, though, was the customer service—especially from Omais. He greets everyone with a genuine smile, brings great energy, and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. He’s friendly, patient, respectful, and gives great recommendations. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience.

Overall, this place has been amazing—clean, welcoming, and consistently delivering great quality. It’s officially become one of our regular spots, and we’ll definitely keep coming back.“

“I just went to sujues a few days back .I order my normal small or large iced Carmel macchiato with whip cream and extra Carmel .it is one of my favorite drinks when I go there .The people are kind at the cashier area .I sometimes tip here n there because I like there place .they have the food and snacks behind the glass which I can see clearly .There prices are a lil high but it's the bay area Ca .I might go back again tomorrow for another drink. “I've been coming to Suju's for the longest time now, and everytime I think of a place to finish my work and be productive, Suju's is definitely the place to go for me. It's not just the environment, but it's also the drinks that they have. They don't just have your basic cup of joe -- they pour a wide variety of beverages that span from classic espresso drinks to matcha lattes, ube lattes, and cold frappes that hit on warmer afternoons. I find that matcha-based options have raving reviews almost like the espresso coffee drinks as well.
Recently I got a matcha espresso latte, and while the matcha taste was subtle, the shots still sat bold in my palate. It was balanced, whether you're sipping straight or in a milk-forward drink.

The service and hospitality is pretty top-notch as well :)

Suju's in Union City has literally been my morning ritual for the longest time now. The one thing I really commend them for is their steady stream of espresso classics as well as the warm seating and a laid-back atmosphere help it feel less chain and more neighborhood hub, especially if you're popping in to study, chat, or just savor a cup.“

It was perfectly grilled and tasted great. We had a personal cheese pizza. That definitely didn’t last that long. It was the perfect size. I had the all beef bagel dog for the first time in my life. It was nice for the cold day that we had today! And finally the beef and cheese piroshki was also my first time in my life. It was similar to a burger but completely sealed with the bread covering the inside ingredients. Only two drinks for us. Oldschool lemonade and a mango smoothie. No leftovers here. “I had once had their sandwich in person at their brick and mortar. The brioche was fluffy and buttery. Eggs creamy and soft. Sauce savory and sweet. Potions are generous.

It was delicious, so I ordered it for the first time on Doordash hoping for a similar experience.

It was still a good sandwich, but fell from 10/10 to 8/10. The brioche bread was burnt(blackened not just brown) instead of toasted. I had requested extra sauce and got only the standard amount.

Still a good sandwich, but execution has gotten worse since last time. Go in person next time, instead of delivery. That way you can get your order fixed if it's not done well.

Last time I went there was plenty of seating, but the vibe is very basic. The robot server was kinda annoying, I’d rather they just call my name and I go pick it up.

Go for the food and only the food, and hope they do a better job making it than mine.“

Today I entered the small shop as usual and ordered Matcha strawberry latte. After few minutes it was ready. I took picture of it and shared with my daughter. I mixed the drink and then had a couple sips. Then I looked at it and found out 2/3 of the drink is gone already and the ice exposed which almost occupied the whole cup, btw it's medium. Then I went to the young man work was working there, described what I got, pointed out that the ice should not be that much. I mentioned I had been there and ordered the same drink for many times, the ice never be that much. The young man just kept saying OK, OK, OK… mentioned he just dumped The ice like that. I told him that I just wanted to let him know that the ice level like this is not right. And I was not expecting refund Or another drink at all. I just need to let them know. Then I left.
The purpose of this review is not to blame anyone, or make any negative comments. No one can guarantee not make any mistakes or make things right all the time. While when something happened, they need to face that, realize And admit that it's not right, then try to improve it.

“Good drinks, good food, clean bathrooms. Enjoyed Turkish Coffee, Juban (hot, prefer unsweetened), and Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso (half sweet). All the beverage flavors balanced nicely, without any one flavor overpowering (Juban, could taste all the spices, as well as the tea & coffee). Today, one of the barista’s Abby, Who is my favorite, Decided to come out and just simply say hi on her break because she saw me pull through the drive-through which I thought was really nice of her. Some people just have a unique way of being friendly with others and I would describe her personality and smile like the same feeling. I get looking at a Christmas tree on Christmas morning..
