The meal began with an Amuse Bouche trio: a delicate prawn cracker topped with sweet Dungeness crab, a green leaf with another seafood salad that was to be eaten like a mini street taco, and balanced with the brightness and light crunch of pickled turnip. A seemingly simple couple of bites, but one that foreshadowed the precision and thoughtfulness of the courses to follow. To cleanse the palate, a mint tea infused with palo santo was served—a meditative interlude that was both refreshing and aromatic, setting the stage for the evening’s journey. The first official course, Crème Caviar, featured Russian Sturgeon Heritage Caviar and chive, a chilled preparation that was rich yet elegantly restrained. “We dined at Amarith Table last night for the first time and can't wait to tell all of our friends about what a Great Restaurant it is. There is literally something on the menu for everyone. The food is delicious ontop of being all organic. The service was top-notch: friendly & efficient. Every staff member came to our table to introduce themselves and to see how things were. “I stopped by Country Cafe and had a great breakfast experience. This is a small, mom-and-pop-style restaurant that feels welcoming from the moment you walk in. The place was very clean, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and provided great customer service.

We ordered the Popeye Omelet, Hobo Omelet, and French Toast. My favorite dish was the Popeye Omelet, which comes with fresh spinach, bacon, onions, mushrooms, and Jack cheese. I added soyrizo and potatoes, and it took the omelet to another level — absolutely delicious and very satisfying. While I didn’t personally try the Hobo Omelet or the French Toast, my kids ordered those and they loved both, which says a lot. Portions were solid, and everything looked fresh and well-prepared.

“Delicious food and smoothies! I had the chicken salad sandwich and it was the best I’ve found. The honey mustard salad dressing on my green salad was amazing. My husband was actually adding it to his chicken sandwich. We enjoyed the vegetable split pea soup down to the last drop. The bartender couldn't have been any more of a delight. She even had them make a patty for my service dog. I met an amazing vet Darren and his lady Becca. Hi Becca and Darren. I think we are going to be great boat friends. I have a 17 foot Boston whaler a Montauk fishing boat and and need other fishermen/women to take it out. Looking forward to many days on the water. She said, sure, no problem and took care of it for us. We had two servers for the group. Waitress took our order and served us along with one other person. Fast service. We had fun. Weather was perfect for us. We found out lots of other groups from Leisure World come down to enjoy the outdoor dining in Seal Beach.“

“I stopped by this diner today on my way back from the farmers market, not far from my house. I ordered the salmon filet and an orange juice. The food was good — the salmon was fresh and flavorful, served with vegetables and a small portion of soup with garlic bread.
The warm interior and welcoming service made the experience even better. Even the other visitors seemed friendly and comfortable, as if they visit this place often. On her way out, one lady even stopped to chat with the staff and wished them a good day — it created such a positive, local atmosphere.
Overall, it’s a charming spot with good food and a very inviting vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back.“

Everything was pretty good, just need to add some seasoning to the eggs and maybe add strawberries and whipped cream as part of the French toast meal itself, besides that every thing was good, customer service was excellent. My whoot was no longer than 10 mins.“
