“Came in on a whim after a long day on Saturday evening, ended up finding a new place to add to our “regular” restaurants. First off the restaurant is spotless, well designed, welcoming, and bathrooms are sit down ready. The menu provides a wide range of choices and at very reasonable prices. We had the satay and pad Thai, both were fantastic. Service was exceptional! From greeting to service to closing out our tab, it was personal and attentive. This is a new place on SCV and I’m hoping they find a long lasting reception to our community. Great job, all the way around. We’ll be back for sure!“

“Bro.. just moved to the area early this year, my partner and I decided to find a lunch spot close by. Looked at reviews and decided to give this spot a try. WHAT?! Hidden gem!! The service- server was super friendly, helpful, and super quick!, Thai tea slapped! (Must get), zap wings - I do think need a sauce so we are taking home to create our own, fried chicken (GET THIS! Moist, but crunchy and soooo yummy, papaya salad(my partner said in her 33 years on earth this is the #2 all time best papaya salad she’s ever had(#1 is her moms), mango sticky rice was perfect- will be coming back for JUST this sometimes 😂
Oh yea I got yellow chicken curry to go so I’ll report later how that is 😂
You must MUST try this place.
It’s very small only 4 tables inside, so it was perfect daytime lunch date spot. Shit my partner and I were talking about which coworkers we were bringing here next 😂
Super clean inside. Seems like a lot of afternoon parking in the lot it’s in, not sure about night.
Hope this review helped you decide to try this spot cause HOT DAMN that was fire 🔥
Our bill was a lot but we got a bunch of stuff to try lol if you only buy one or two things it’s easily cheap“

“11/26/2025
It's my first time here in this simple looking hidden gem and I had a great experience. They barely opened when I came so the store was clean. Their menu had so many variations of Thai food and most of them looked delicious.
I ordered the Thai coffee, shrimp and pork spring rolls, steamed pot stickers and the seafood combination fried rice with added chicken.
The Thai iced cofee were very good, although I am not really a coffee person, I liked it.
Their pork and shrimp eggrolls were not bad and the steamed pot stickers were awesome.
The fried rice came with shrimp, squid, and 4 pieces if fried fish plus I asked them to add some chicken on it. It was fantastic!
I could finish it all because the portion was generous and i only cost $40 something dollar for everything.“

““We have been coming to Thai Victory with our whole family — my husband and our children — for the past two years 😊 We absolutely love this place, especially the Tom Yum and Pad Thai 🍜🔥 We have been living in America for three years and have tried Thai food in many places, but this is the only place we truly enjoyed.
We would also like to highlight the service: very kind and pleasant people ❤️ We met a young family who work there and are the owners of the restaurant. They always treat us with warmth and care, and we are very happy to have met such wonderful people 🙏 We sincerely recommend this place from the bottom of our hearts 💛”“

“Well I had not eaten here since my late friend Omar was still around and they would always help us out them with anything extra they had and were just going to throw away anyways ...so when I recently came here for dinner , they remembered me and hooked me up proper ...the food is great and the service better than most and at a decent price too so I am giving a solid five star rating....
Vegetarian options: They have a decent vegetarian section on the menu...
Dietary restrictions: Decent selections if you are on a diet....
Parking: There is plenty of parking if not in the parking lot out front or on the street, then there is always extra parking in the back too...
Kid-friendliness: Sort of kid friendly..
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for those who are in wheelchairs...“

“This was our first time dining here, and we were genuinely impressed. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone was very attentive throughout our visit and checked in multiple times to make sure we were enjoying our meal.
The food was outstanding — full of flavor, well-cooked, and served in generous portions. We ordered Pad See Ew, Khua Kai, Wonton Soup, Crispy Pork with Chinese Broccoli, and the Yellow Curry. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. It easily fed our family of four, and we still had plenty of leftovers to take home.
If you’re craving truly authentic Thai food, this spot is definitely worth a visit. There was plenty of street parking available, and they also have additional parking behind the restaurant, which is super convenient.
We’ll definitely be coming back to try more dishes. Highly recommend!“

“The vibe is awesome, cozy, chill, and full of good energy. The staff are friendly, and the food was amazing!
Only thing — the service was a bit on island time but honestly, it’s hard to complain when everything tastes this good. We’ll definitely be back… hopefully by then they’ve leveled up to “fast & fabulous“

“This Thai restaurant in the San Fernando Valley is the best one I've ever dined at (well, I usually get it to go). I order their food about 2 times a month, since I work nearby. The meals are always correct, and they are quick to prepare it. The staff is very pleasant, a nice change from the hustle and bustle of being in a big city. The food IS DELICIOUS!!! I usually order a lunch meal (very affordable) or the Panang Salmon. So good! If you like Thai food and have not tried Thai Tasty on Roscoe Blvd (I think it's across from where the old Van Nuys Drive-In used to be), I suggest you give them a try. Take out or dine-in. They have a really cute and clean small restaurant.
For the money, flavor and good service, you can't beat this authentic Thai restaurant!!!“
“Hailing from the Northeast region of Thailand, Isan cuisine is the unapologetic, bold, and rustic soul of Thai street food. It’s less about the creamy coconut curries you find in the south and more about high-impact flavors: intense lime, fiery chilies, pungent fermented fish sauce, and plenty of crunch.
Forget the fork. In Isan culture, you use your fingers to roll the sticky rice into small balls, using them as a vessel to scoop up the juices and sauces.“

“A new food place!!! Really liked the pad se ew and ofc the mango sticky rice. The whole shop is ran by a sweet older lady and tastes just like a home cooked meal my mom would make me. Highly recommend. Parking can be a little annoying so I’m jealous of the people who live in the building because I would come here weekly if I was living upstairs.“

“Street-Style Thai Flavors & Generous Portions
Bua Siam Thai is a total gem in Panorama — every bite feels like you’re standing at a busy food stall somewhere in Thailand. The flavors are bold, vibrant, and incredibly satisfying.
I had the Pad See Ew and Tom Yum soup, and I highly recommend trying them together. The savory richness of the noodles combined with the spicy-sour heat of the soup creates an unforgettable mix of exotic flavors.
Portions are super generous, the menu is filled with authentic Thai options, and everything is made fresh and served hot. If you’re looking for a meal that hits the spot and takes your taste buds on a trip, Bua Siam absolutely delivers.“

“I’ve been going here since I was a young girl and my family and I are well acquainted with the staff. Everyone is polite and the food is absolutely phenomenal. For family dining we order their seafood soup with their fried rice. Do not be off put by the disposition of the staff, I believe they have solemn expressions because they are from a different culture. They aren’t rude just don’t fake their expressions 🤷🏽“

“First time trying this place.
We got a couple of lunch specials, one Pad Thai and another Pad See Ew. We also tried the Pork Jerky.
Everything was good. Nothing outstanding but all was what I was looking for. I'd say the Pad See Ew was the most flavorful. My wife liked the Pork Jerky.
It was a comfortable environment and the staff were nice.“

“If you are looking for good Thai food in the valley, look no further. An unassuming restaurant in Panorama City, this little restaurant delivers authentic Thai food at reasonable prices. I tried the Pad Ka Pao with a fried egg. I was impressed that they used real holy basil. It was so delicious and I felt like I had been transported to Thailand. The dish came with rice, and I also ordered a Thai Ice tea. The tea was also very flavorful. The staff were all very friendly and it was a good experience overall. I highly recommend this gem in the valley.“

“VIM'S is THE BEST Thai food that I've had in Los Angeles. I've been going to their various locations since 1987! I've even celebrated my birthday parties there. The food is cooked to order (spicy to mild) and served family style. I have taken hundreds of friends and co-workers to Vim's for lunch or dinner and it's always a hit! It's still cash only after all these years. The taste and quality of the food has remained consistent over the decades.“

“This is my go to place for Thai in the valley if it's not Vims. I love this place so much. The quality of the food is wonderful, the portions are really good, the service is kind and friendly, and honestly I come here more often than I should Iol. I can't recommend it enough. There's no website and no ordering online / delivery etc and they close for lunch and stop orders close to their lunch hour. The parking lot is awful but that isn't their fault. Everything is worth it here and their extra large strawberry iced milk is BEYOND AMAZING. if you do anything, you've got to get that. They really care here and the staff is so kind and sweet. You can tell it's like family owned or something and they really make a huge effort. If you're craving good Thai and want to support a small local business, please do so and come here.I've gone early and afternoon and it's usually dead. Dinner time especially close to closing can be pretty hectic. I'm not sure if they do reservations or anything but they are always quick to pick up the phone. Please come and support! You won't regret it!“
