My experiences at Six Test Kitchen are truly exceptional, especially thanks to the remarkable Christian Davy, the Wine Director. It's clear that Christian brings not just expertise, but a genuine passion for wine to the table.
He came on board at Six Test Kitchen thanks to Chef Ricky Odbert, & he's been instrumental in crafting an incredible wine program. I was particularly impressed with the thought put into the two distinct wine pairing options: a standard pairing and a reserve list. This offers fantastic flexibility depending on your preference and budget.
Christian's ability to perfectly complement Chef Odbert's innovative nine-course menu is outstanding. His commitment to finding such rare gems ensures a memorable and exclusive experience. Christian Davy elevates the dining experience at Six Test Kitchen to an art form. His selections are not just pairings; they are integral to the culinary journey, enhancing every bite. “For the food, presentation , choices and generous sized lemon drop cocktail, I'd give it a 5 star. The only reason for 4 was because we were seated in a corner with no one around and forgotten about. Once our server made the realization, she was on it and a fantastic server!“

“We were greeted by an enthusiastic waitress, who gave us excellent service. I ordered the New York Steak, and my wife ordered fish and chips. Both meals were outstanding. The steak was perfectly pan seared and very large. I've paid twice this amount for a smaller steak that wasn't as good as this one. The salad and vegetables were fresh too. We'll be back.“

“My husband and I were visiting the area on our honeymoon in Paso. We came across this gem! I had a grilled chicken salad with purple cauliflower and Farro. No joke, that was the best salad I've ever had!!! our honeymoon was 5 months ago, and I still think about this salad almost daily... I'm extremely impressed by this restaurant by wowing me the first go round. If I was local, I'd eat there a few times a week.“

“We just had Dinner after not going for a long time and we had the pizza and the bacon bleu burger but the best thing was Tyler he was an excellent waiter server. The dinner was great the atmosphere was great it was a good idea to go there much better than the first time when they first opened highly recommend you go back if you didn’t like it the first time. Thanks Tyler you were the best!!!“

“I went to the one in Paso Robles that is i On creston but their website does. Not show the one in Paso just in Templeton . I was super impressed they did a beautiful job on redecorating the new place the service was excellent and quick . I had the Philly cheese steak it was absolutely delicious. My other party had the tortilla soup and some else had the chili they both said it was excellent . We ordered a side of the onion rings they very good not too heavy tasting nor greasy just perfect. Our waitress was very tentative checked in on us often and super polite . Definitely will be back again . Highly recommend this place . They have something for everyone huge menu .They even have something for the vegan, gluten free person.“
