“I love Atost’s aperitifs and I love their customer service. Every holiday season I buy some bottles for coworkers and friends. They are always a hit. This season I purchased 5 bottles but unfortunately FedEx messed up my delivery. Emily, Atost’s event manager, and Kyle, Atost’s founder, were so quick to respond to my email and resolve the shipping/delivery issue. The company goes above and beyond with both their products and their service. I will continue to be a regular Atost customer.“

“Somewhat disappointed by the fresh fish selections today. Started strong with excellent bread and butter, but the mains were slightly underwhelming. I ordered a half dozen Morro Bay oysters but my main came before them, which I thought was odd. My main was perfectly prepared sand dabs that somehow had no flavor. My companion's fresh catch, rock white fish, was drab. The sides, brussel sprouts burnt beyond recognition and maple glazed squash that was flavorful but a little underdone for my taste. My companion's sides were rudimentary, spinach and potatoes. We skipped dessert as they no longer offer the mint chip sundae. Our server was disinterested and although polite it felt forced. The snafu with the timing of the oysters was a problem for me.“

“Sitting outside is nice. Drinks are good. Beer is good. The food is good but not great. The portion size has decreased especially on the happy hour menu which is usually shared. When its slow service is good. When its busier service is very slow and hard to get the servers attention because they do not have enough servers on. They think they are saving money this way, but people end up leaving or not coming back because of the slow service.“

“This food is the best mexican food I've ever had in my life. I've been coming here for like 9 years since I was younger and oh my gosh it is so good i used to live in Simi valley and moved and I haven't had it for like 2 years and I've been trying to find a New Mexican restaurant where I live now and coming back too this from all the other Mexican restaurants just makes me realize how much better this food is compared to the others like I dont know what they put in the food but it is one of a kind.“

Nice outdoor seating if you don’t want to be indoors; the cute menu includes vegetarian options and nice cocktails (though not poured deep); we lived our options. I got the impossible taco salad (Impossible crumbles replaced regular hamburger taco meat); my son had a Pepperoni flatbread; he pointed out to us that (per the menu)a dollar from every sale of that pizza goes to children’s charities. The staff were nice, but the food took for ever, be ready to wait about 45 minutes for your food to arrive.
Might not come back here just for this reason and this only if we are planning on dinner.

Each meal never fails to be packed with flavor. My personal favorites, the goat cheese bacon pizza and lollipop buffalo chicken wings to share. “This place is fantastic, the workers are super welcoming and friendly like if we know each other. They really help in any possible way. They don't rush you to order, they answer all questions asked, and never in a bad mood. They are just beyond nice workers. 1st time I stopped by this place was a week ago while going back home from Fillmore and after working all day the best thing to treat your body is with a nice cup of coffee. As they have a wide variety of options I didn't know which one to go for, I just wanted something different from most places, and this place has plenty of options, anyway I think I got the blended nutty irishman, it was absolutely delicious, personally I really loved it, as I was driving around the corner and there is not Makena in Huntington Park I decided to turn around I get a 2nd coffee cause I didn't know when I would be back to work in the area, and my 2nd coffee was as great as the 1st coffee. And today Nov-12, I decided to go for another one, same great service and great coffee, I got the Santa's cookies, absolutely delicious and the girl who took care of my order, she is extremely helpful and friendly , while I was trying to choose which drink to get she didn't even rush me or didn't even get upset, because I didn't know what to order , I just didn't ask her name but she is super friendly, thanks I highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone which is perfect for kids as well. Plus they have food, tacos, burritos, burgers and soft serve for extra dessert. I was lucky today, I got a free meal card, thank you so much again. Personally I really liked this coffee, so flavorful and very good prices.“
