“Wonderful experience at JINYA Ramen Bar in Topanga! My daughter and I came for our usual quick lunch and were seated at the ramen bar. Gaby made our visit especially enjoyable — she was so warm, attentive, polite, and professional.

What impressed me most was when I accidentally wrapped my aligners in a napkin and they were thrown away. I asked if they could be found, not really expecting it, but Gaby went above and beyond, found them, and brought them back to me! I was truly so grateful.

All were delicious, though the Funghi was our least favorite the mushrooms were just a bit overpowering for our taste. “I like this place. Used to live nearby, but moved in 2024. I now travel 17 miles to go to this place. It has a low key vibe, service is good, and the food is good. It's inside a Nordstrom at the mall. So, it's a good spot in between shopping errands and seeing a movie at the AMC. They have a happy hour and a bar. They share pretty much the same menu as Cafe Verde at Century City & The Grove, which is blocks from me, but I prefer this location and they have French Onion soup which the others don't.“

They had a happy hour with a large selection of interesting beers for only 6 dollars but I was driving so I didn't try any. We had a couple of appetizers, a salad, and a kid's chicken bites. They do have a good selection of food on their menu. Everything we got was at least ok but not spectacular. I enjoyed the Bavarian pretzel but the roasted brussel sprouts were just a bit soggy and acidic (not caramelized enough). The Caeser salad and chicken were fine. Although it was not a large portion, he too, did not escalate, nor did I but the restaurant should have made an additional serving to replace what was tossed. The food was good, the portion was on the smaller size, the service as far as always having a waiter or bus boy around was impeccable. Yes, I would dine here again, but unlikely due to the fact there are so many other places to try and I am just visiting. People watching was good. A lot of pretty people walking by, well dressed. Patrons at restaurant were mostly over 75, however we were there at 5:15 so they probably dine to eat and get home before the sun sets due to driving @ night.“

“Right around the corner from our hotel - The Anza. We were able to change our reservation from 7:15 to 6:30 since our room wasn't ready - the hostess was very accommodating.
