“I’d give 5 stars for my Horchata milk tea with grass jelly, cos it was so good and honestly hard to find a great bubble tea place in Palm Springs and this is one of the better ones for sure. The fact that there are so many non diary options is amazing.Downside is that they ended up filling up my cup with ice when I asked for very light ice.My fiancé got the Hokkaido milk tea which has great flavour but the tapioca balls themselves were not as chewy as some of the other ones we’ve had.We didn’t sit inside but each table has a simple board game on it. Very cute vibes. Overall will come back again!

“From only my second visit here, 4 separate baristas remembered my slightly-complicated drink order (Iced Macha Latte with strawberry puree and double boba). I must say, the manager, Diana, is exceptional. She's always so friendly, welcoming, patient, sincere, and so professional. I love seeing her when I visit. Even if she doesn't take my order, she always makes sure to say hi and asks how I'm doing. Jason is also top-notch and so funny. I feel bad that I can't recall the names of the other baristas I see frequently, but they're awesome, too.

I much prefer their drinks and food over sbx. My favorite is the Caprese Sandwich. It's so cheesy and delicious. I also love the overnight oats! I get them every time I visit (which is almost every day).

My favorite drink is their matcha latte. It is far superior to any other matcha I've tried. Get it with a little strawberry puree mixed in. You'll thank me later. Let's not forget that they have real boba that they make in-house. I literally recommend adding it to every drink. I even love it in my matcha latte!

For anyone on the fence, ditch sbx and make this your preferred coffee shop. You get a far more personalized experience and far better quality and taste. Even their teas are better. And of course, their espresso.

You can mobile order, just like most places and they're quite fast. You also earn points in the app for each purchase, which you can accrue to use for free drinks, food, and merchandise. I recommend getting a digital CoffeeBean gift card in the app to pay so you earn points faster. If you go almost daily, that'll get you a free drink every week (I order a drink and food item each time).

If you're used to sbx, yes, they have the equivalent of frapps and just about everything. They just call them blended drinks. I'm personally not a fan of blended drinks, but my friends who have tried them here say they're very good.

I love this place, and for all the reasons I mentioned above, I keep coming back every day! I know you'll love it too!

Parking: Free parking on the street in front of the store as well as a free parking lot behind the shop.

“Every time I visit, I enjoy myself. The coffee makers provide your order quickly. I've only had their teas and coffees thus far. The tortoise green tea is my absolute favorite, additionally the red panda pumpkin. The food looks absolutely delicious.“

I ordered coffee in advance to bring to my Dad’s chemotherapy nurses at Lucy Curci at Dr. Vafai’s office to thank them for their three years caring for my Dad (11 year battle with stage 4 colon cancer) every other week and now every week. They work so hard in very cramped quarters and now with COVID I’m sure you can imagine their stress. It’s an extremely stressful time for me and my family too...cancer, COVID, 16 hours driving away, and my home now threatened by fires. Raika came to the drive up window, refused my credit card to pay for the coffee saying that their Starbucks wanted to donate it! I’m still in shock over the kindness. I will pay it forward. “Firstly, before giving this narrative, that I hope helps whoever needs to read this, I would like to preface: if you take a look at my reviews, rarely would I ever speak negatively, only, if in truth it would be the just thing to do and the need to named staff or establishment really needs to take a look at themselves. Trust me, I have a few one or two brewing, but I also believe in giving a fair amount of chance for a positive change. I want to believe in the best of people. That being said, I will do nothing short of giving credit where it is due, because too rare do we look for the positive; I hope I can shed some of the light I have found within my own positive experiences.

Amazing atmosphere! Superior Service! Marvelous moments! And a terrific team! A little Doctor Suess alliteration for some silly amusement for the team I speak of so highly. I hope you guys can find some enjoyment when you get a chance to read, and hopefully make you crack a smile, because it is the least I can do for all the smiles you have made me carry with me after starting or ending my day with you! The whole team serves excellence, even if they are having a rough day, they always bring their best and reciprocate the kind and respectful energy I try to give; they ALWAYS reciprocate double-fold! I would like to point out a few who have really stood out, and then two who have gone above and beyond. Recommend anything V, Geronimo, and Nick make (I have yet to try everyone else's specialties). As a bartender, myself, these shoutouts are highly recommended! Just let them know what flavor, sweetness and intensity you are in the mood for and they can whip things up and you won't be disappointed.

“I've been going to the La Quinta Resort in La Quinta, CA since the 1980's. We stay at least once a year and love going right before Labor Day. I went through their website on booking and used the 'Summer Escape' deal that was $248 a night with $40 pp for spa per diam and $100 dining credit per day. We got in around 6pm on Thursday and after driving 2+ hours from San Diego, we just wanted to get room service and chill. First of all, Eli Altamirano, is awesome at the Front Desk/Mgr and was wonderful. Along with Patricia at the Front Desk as well. When doing the 'Summer Escape' Deal of 2 nights at $200 for our stay for dining, no where did anyone state that it is $100 per diam NOT a cumalative, so, if we over spent on our per diam, we were charged the overage, even tho' we were under our $200 for our stay....this is very deceptive and I feel that I have been duped out of my monies that I had but for one, was not explained to me at checking in and I couldn't find it on the website either. Went to Morgan's for 5pm Friday night drinks and app's and while the website and the voice mail for Morgan's states Open at 5pm, the door was locked and here was me and others were waiting in the 115 degree temp's till around 5:10pm and we went around the side door, which was open to see the hostess state it wasn't open till 5:30pm. The Manager, was irked but there was no 'Sorry' from him and we all were met with a real attitude issue with the Mgr. We've been going to Morgan's for at least 10+ years and we've had issues with this Mgr before. We spend money, tip at least 30% and really don't appreciate being treated with such disdain. Bryan, the bartender is OUTSTANDING! Left him $40 tip on $130 for taking good care of us and softening the brunt of the brusk attitude of the Mgr. I called the Front Desk and they verified that Morgan's opens at 5pm and took off $50 for the wait in the hot sun and attitude of the Mgr. Food for breakfast at Twenty Six was always good with Salmon Benedict and the 2 men that have been there for 33+ years are SO nice and I believe their names were 'Fernando and Roberto' but I could be wrong...lovely guys!! My main beef about staying here on the 'Summer Escape' is it should be a Cumalative and NOT a per diam per your stay. If I'm staying from Thursday-Saturday, how is that broken up? No one explained and when I called to check out, it was $100+ higher. The toiletries are now very pedestrian vs. the Frederic Fekkai that they used to have. I know a lot of hotel resorts are scaling back but this hotel is another caliber vs others and no one wants non-descript soap, no Q-tips, John Wayne toilet paper! I'm bummed out and it left a bad taste after going here for over 35+ years and being a loyal guest!“

“This Starbucks is SO well maintained. Hats off to these folks.

All employees were busy, and the cashier, Ramon (he seemed to be the supervisor) was wonderful and made conversation on our names.

The drink took a little longer than anticipated, as I was the only person inside, and the employees seemed a little stressed.

As someone who's worked for Starbucks, I understand what it can be like to spend time in a fast paced environment, and the standards that sets on a person. It's absolutely the job of the supervisor to accentuate a relaxed atmosphere during their shift.“

“Starbucks is always a good enjoyable stop in the day. It has become more expensive but there are specials on Tuesdays and Thursdays that can help out your wallet quite a bit so if you plan a little bit then you can save if you're a stop every single day in the morning then you're going to have a least of $30 a week habit and for coffee that's quite a bit especially when I can buy Starbucks Brew it at home and take it with me and I'm sure that Starbucks doesn't mind how you use their coffee as long as you are using their brand“

“Always enjoy having a good starbucks on site at the JW Marriott here in Palm Dessert. It opens at 530am and closes at 2pm. Be prepared as the line is always long unless you get there early, but the staff was very cheerful and helpful when I was there for a couple of days. Got my OG iced Carmel Macchiato. See you next year when we return.
