“If I could give 10 stars they would get it! I rarely go online to write a review, and if I do it’s because I had a horrible experience. I wrote a positive review maybe twice in my life here’s my third. Start with the cashier, I really can’t say I ever had anyone serve me with a better attitude than the guy who helped me and I say right by the register and he kept that amazing attitude with all customers. At first I had 3 chicken tacos from the taco Tuesday deal (which I might say isn’t cheap, but quality costs) which were surprisingly good because I don’t love shredded chicken. The chicken was so good I decided to get an asada one as well just to make sure they really are as good as it seems. They crushed it, asada taco came to over 7$ after taxes and it glad to say I’ll be happy to pay that price anytime anywhere to get that same taco!“

“A wonderful evening at Todos Santos with my wife. We were greeted by Daniel the owner and chef extraordinare who took us to a very nice table in the outside patio. We started off with drinks which were made by one of our favorite bartenders Jaime! The other bartender of choice is Francisco who had the day off. Kenya was our waiter and was superb, very personable and professional. We each ordered the appetizer salad which were so good. We spoke with Daniel about the fresh fish and decided on the Sea Bass for my wife and I ordered the Salmon and lobster plate. These two dishes were amazing upon presentation and even tastier than they looked lol. I must say since we began dining at Todos Santos from when Daniel took over this place has blossomed this restaurant into the best Mexican cuisine in Orange County. With multiple awards to his credit Daniel has new menu items that he creates regularly and now opens after hours on Tuesdays and Fridays with a DJ and dance floor. On Saturday and Sunday the restaurant serves breakfast from 10 am to 2 pm and the dishes are delicious. Make a reservation and ask for Daniel. Let him know George sent you. “Large portions, adoring staff, and super clean restaurant! My boss and I ate here around 8 pm on a quiet night.

The chips and salsa was amazing right off the bat. My boss had the fish taco with an enchilada and was thrilled with it. I had the Chile verde chicken, and I have to say, it was the best chile verde I've ever had! She ordered 3 beers and said they were delicious and tasted clean.

We watched the wait staff clean the bottoms of the barstools and the beer lines. This place is so clean and welcoming. Our wait staff kept calling us mamacita and honey bunny, we loved it!“

Isabel is the manager and we must say that we've had nothing but a wonderful experience with her, every time we've come here. “I have been to this Cafe Rio many times— what makes this place special is the staff. This staff KNOWS what they're doing, and puts expertise and magic into their tortillas. The tortillas aren't quite the same at other, newer Cafe Rios. The staff here has been around for a long time and are fantastic at what they do. Quick, efficient service and fantastic food. It always tastes fresh.

They have a Taco Tuesday deal that gets you 3 tacos for 8 or so dollars. 3 tacos is enough for me, without sides, and satisfies friends with bigger stomachs. They don't have a Variety of toppings, but the pico de gallo is to die for! They have chicken and pork, etc, but I get the pork barbacoa! It is sweet, and pair perfectly with the pico de gallo!

“Best fish tacos I've had in the inland empire. Place is always crowded but the get your order quickly and your food out fast. They have 3 ways to order your fish taco, blackened and ensenada style are my favorite. Definitely the best white rice ever. So much flavor! Lots of toppings and salsa to choose from in their help yourself condiments bar.
Having their pico de gallo is a must. I eat that stuff with a fork! So good.
They do offer other Mexican food if you're not into fish.
Enchiladas, tacos carne asada and such. You choose the type of beans that you want both are incredibly good I usually go with the black beans with my fish tacos but the pinto beans are amazing too. The presentation of the food looks extremely nice too I wish I took a picture.
They waste no time in cleaning up your table the second you're out the door for more people to sit down.
The place is clean, loud, and has a great atmosphere with many big screen TVS. They serve different types of beer and all you can drink sodas.

Parking: There's only a couple of spots in front of the restaurant but plenty on the side and more in the back. Parking is never an issue and there are two ways to enter in case you park in the back North side .

Kid-friendliness: This place is for everybody some people bring their whole family a lot of times it's just couples. Fire departments are there all the time and police officers are there all the time it's the place to go.“
