“This is our go-to spot for pizza & salad delivery. A Lord Cheezus pie + the house salad with salami & peppadews + house-made ranch dressing= perfection. The crust is wood fired and feels somewhere between Neopolitan and NY style. Chewy, flavorful, not too thick- rly nice. The deep dish is fun as well. We first came here back when the chef who is now known for Two Rose bread started it, and the quality of the food has remained high. If you dine in there are nice wines and the place has a casual, cozy, dark atmosphere.“

It was great to see how welcoming the owner was. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we had known him for years. He came out from the back shook my hand and took the time to listen as I described the type of pizza my boys like.

The place is small but give you a home like feel inside from the moment you walk in. The outdoor area in the back is a beautiful set up. One of my favorite parts was the side window where you can actually see the pizza being made.

The service was incredible, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the pizza itself was a true 10/10. The owner even came back out to wish us safe travels home, which says everything about the kind of place this is.

Places like this are rare nowadays. Its nice to walk into a business and feel genuinely welcomed, not just treated like another dollar coming through the door.

The family and I have been visiting Gino’s for over 6 years. The service is awesome and very helpful, the owners are always in and happy to help. Great Chicago memorabilia and cozy booths, sports are always on with the volume low so your parties conversations won’t get drowned out. Parking is a lil difficult but I always seem to find it, parking in front and at the back of the restaurant, street parking is a lil tricky.

Appetizers ( mozzarella sticks are the best ) are fresh and flavorful, but take it easy with them , you might fill up before your pizza shows up, deep dish takes about 30/45 mins ( highly recommend supreme add crumble Italian sausage) , so always order a small thin crust to hold you off. I love the spaghetti, especially add mushrooms and meatballs … OMG !
They do have salads but why take up belly space when you can enjoy the why you’re at Gino’s 🥰 !!!!

Beer selection is great as well, wife orders North Coast’s Scrimshaw pilsner and of course I’m a fanatic of Their Old Rasputin imperial Russia stout on nitro .
Good selection on domestic beer and nice wine ( No hard liquor ) .
For dessert their cheese cake with strawberry topping is to die for ( always order 2 ) . They also have frozen deep dish pizza to take home to enjoy at home (makes a great gift 🎁 ) !!!

I was shocked to find out that they use organic products as well, this is so rare to find nowadays. Living in Italy for many years I’ve struggled to find a pizzeria that matches the pizza I was used to eating. Every pizza I have eaten outside of Italy usually results in disappointment and left over dry crust. With this pizza I am left with happiness and the crust is just WOW, I crave more. Their khachapuri is the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve had my fair share living in Glendale) and they have incredible salads (caprese really brings me back to Italy) and sandwiches (turkey is my go to) as well. “I ordered a supreme pizza on the phone, the woman who answered was polite (: I recently moved to Glendale and have been looking for a new pizza spot, (dominoes and pizza hut are not it for me). I decided to take a chance at Dalias and I was blown away. They make their crust daily and it shows! The supreme toppings overflow on the well balanced pizza (no cheating out here!). This is honestly the best pizza in the Valley. The ranch is amazing — I’m a huge ranch girl so that’s a big deal for me. “Their homemade Marinara Sauce, you can really taste the tomato and NO Tomato Paste is used to make it. The red sauce is more of a traditional Italian "Passata" tomato sauce. . . if you ever had freshly made passata, then you'd totally understand what I mean. Also their homemade Hot Italian Sausage, you can really taste the fennel seeds, and the hot pepper flakes hit you towards the end. I love how they use a natural casing to enclose EVERYTHING and gives that "snap" when biting into it. The Pizza Dough is "alive" and fermented perfectly, to allow the air bubbles to form and develop while baked. Speaking of baking, their oven temp setting is PERFECT giving that crusty outer exterior and soft pillowy crumb on the inside. Finally the order of Cannolis are NOT TO BE MISSED. . . The creamy ricotta filling is sweet and not "grainy/gritty" from the sugar. It's the perfect accomplishment to end you visit here!“
