I found this fabulous bakery and selected them, as I loved their story l, plus they have a 5 star rating. They were so amazing to work with and did exactly what they promised. They followed up quickly and even had it delivered to the hotel along with information and pictures on who they left it with for her birthday. And on the spot in events she actually make the cake front of your guests . Details were on point and the quality was amazing, it was such an easy and satisfying process. “The cake had a simple appearance, and she could only write “Happy Birthday” in brown, which I found odd. I was initially a bit concerned—it was a thin, two-layer 8” cake for $50. “Amazing location! I ordered an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday. The day before my son got very sick and we had to cancel the party. I spoke to Yassin, the new owner and because the cake had already been made and customized, they couldn’t cancel it. He was very apologetic and said that they would hold the cake for up to four weeks in their special freezer and if I can just let him know that date. Then he had me come to the location and get a free petite cake just for our family because he felt bad we had to cancel my son‘s birthday party. Above and beyond customer service!!!“

“The quantity/portions are reasonable and the ice cream is delicious. My go-to would be the oreo cookies and cream shake. It is possible to customize your shake, so knowing that they put about 5-6 scoops of ice cream into a large shake, you can ask for 4 of those scoops to be oreo cookies and cream and 2 of those scoops to be chocolate.“

“I got a 3 leches cake this past Saturday (9/13) and let me tell you the flavor was amazing. I haven’t had a delicious and moist 3 leches cake in a long time. We would usually buy it from el Molino across the street but the past years their cakes have been super dry! It has nothing of 3 leches,
I was at the plaza where Efren’s bakery is and saw on a facebook group recommending this bakery so decided to try it out, didn’t disappoint! Our guests loved the cake as well! We devoured it!

“This place was great for me because I walked in when it wasn't busy and I was curious about s'mores type of flavor and with Angie's recommendations, it turned out really good. I totally recommend it with sweet cream ice cream, marshmallows, Jet Puff marshmallow cream, fudge, and pie crust. Angie was very nice and pretty fast, too.“

“I had to come on here and leave a review because this experience truly saved my party. I was planning a big birthday celebration and thought I had ordered an ice cream cake ahead of time. Turns out I never actually completed the order, which was completely my mistake.

When I showed up the day before and realized what happened, I was definitely stressed. Gavin and Christina were amazing. Instead of turning me away or sticking strictly to the 24 hour policy, they stepped in and helped me figure out a solution right away.

They were able to get a cake made for me in less than 24 hours, and I just picked it up. It looks fantastic and exactly what I needed for the party.

“On Saturday 04/23/22 I bought a small cake, the person who attend me was name jazmin. She mention told me that the cake was tres leches, but when we cut the cake it’s flavor was chocolate. I didn’t think much and decided to keep it. But today 04/26/22 I bought another cake, again jazmin told me that the cake was chocolate bread flavor with mocha. When I cut the cake it’s flavor was vanilla cake with mocha. This time I did call the bakery and explain what happen, they told me to go back and they would give a chocolate cake. Upon my arrival to the bakery, jazmin was rude and didn’t want to give me a cake but instead give me the refund for the cake. On both occasions, she was rude and seemed like she was on a hurry. Would answer questions in regards the cakes with attitude and rudeness. I have been a faithful costumer for years to this bakery, and love the pastries and cakes. But this new person, needs to get better training or be replace.“
