“This place is amazing. I haven't stayed at the other campgrounds so I can't compare. But staying here was great. All the spots are clean and quiet. You are in the middle of the park so close to all the trails. Plenty of trash dumpsters and the bathrooms are really clean. No complaints just with I was back there.”

“Our first time in couldn't have been better! Our service was phenomenal and everyone was so friendly. I have the Bacon Ranch Chicken sandwich and french fries, both were so tast. It was a great place to relax and unwind. There even appeared to be a BBQ truck on site too, I would love to know the times of that to try it. The icing on the cake was that we were able to eat on the patio with our pup, our amazing waitress offered him water and even a puppy patty. Even if you don't drink, you won't regret stopping by this place for a bite to eat! Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5”

“Brewer Ed was beyond all expectations for a brewery. Ed is a scientist, and he won’t serve beer that isn’t of the highest standard. Loved the experience, the beer, and the food! Got overnight oats for Joshua tree; if you need quick breakfast for a hike look no further, there are chef’s taking care of you : o ).”

“Absolutely the best barbecue. We drive 1.5 hours to this great place. My husband has been coming here for 50 years and never been disappointed. I start with Jalapeños and go on from there. Steaks are cut on site and chicken dishes are great as is the salmon.”

“The lengua tacos were outstanding... I willing to say i just didnt get the best scoop of carne asada that left the burrito feeling a little average. Overall I would definitely eat there again... The real stand out/surprise was the kids selling dessert next to them. Highly recommend anything they got especially the tres leches cakes.”

“I stopped by Brass and Rocker at 29 Palms for Wing Wednesday, and I was impressed! They have a good variety of wing flavors to choose from—we went with garlic, naked, and hot. All were delicious! They also have a huge selection of beers to pair with your wings. The crowd was lively, and the service was even better. I've been here before when service was slow, but today, they were on point! The place has a pool table and darts, so there's plenty to do while you hang out. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.”

“We ordered the special with 3 Big pieces of catfish, Fried Okra bites yum. Big Spicy shrimp. Hush puppies perfect.
We also ordered: Banana pudding OMG. layered with nilla wafers. All good. Maybe a bit too salty.
Ready in 15min. This is take out ONLY. It’s in the back of a gas station market with no tables. Kitchen was clean! Wish they had a special Sunday gumbo too. Overall, we loved it!

PS: We got a lot of food which made our bill higher, but they have smaller meals for $10.
And they also have a larger portion of Seafood Boil for $30 with all the fixings. (Crab, corn, potatoes etc)”

“I went yesterday and bought some ground beef a couple chuck roasts and some fajita meat. Cooked the roasts today and they just fell apart so tender and tasted absolutely wonderful!!! I will definitely be buying meats here from now on!!”

This is the best at least it was the best at the time of the visit of any Carl's Junior in Southern California.
The food was cooked to order and the condiments were appropriate I used to work at Carl's Jr and I know a superstar famous star supposed to have two slices of tomatoes these did no other location I've been to in Southern California does that, all the produce was very fresh other locations the onions are soggy all the time they also put four pickles on the bun that's what they're supposed to do other locations put one or two.
The beef patties were hot and juicy.
The dining room and restrooms were very clean.
At the time of my visit the Caucasian young lady was very courteous and attentive I didn't have to repeat my order”

“First time visiting. I’ve passed by many times but never thought to come here for boba until my friends told me about their bobas. So I Came here just for their boba. I was thoroughly impressed by how clean the inside is. It’s also very cozy and the atmosphere feels very welcoming. I got their milk tapioca and I enjoyed it. Will return to try other bobas!

“We have been very pleased with the spaciousness of our room here at The Oasis Inn and Suites! We have been here for two weeks, and the staff has been outstanding! Rachal G., the head of Housekeeping, is top notch! When we asked for the room to be thoroughly cleaned yesterday, she put her staff right on it. A couple of days ago, Joseph, from Maintenance, came right away when our table leg needed tightening. Rachael B., at the front desk, has made sure that messages got relayed quickly. From day one, we have been happily greeted by the receptionists.”

I'm giving it a 5 star due to the fact when I called the second time the manager having good customer service and the driver was also polite and apologetic.”

“It was a tale as old as time. I was in the ER, getting my stomach pumped, thinking about life. Reminiscing about the times I had in the past week, I realized…my life would never be the same. But I’m getting ahead of myself. Let’s start from the very beginning. It was a sunny day in March, and my friends and I were cruising down the road, nursing hangovers from Vegas, when we stumbled upon the town of Twentynine Palms. Buildings materialized out of the desert, a hint of civilization after endless desert. Craving some familiarity in a strange place, we searched for some mexican food. The first name popped up on google maps, and we set our course for Edchada’s Taqueria, blissfully unaware of what was to come. We pulled into the parking lot, and were greeted with a 21+ sign, the first warning that this establishment might not be what we expected. Tentatively, we opened the door, and took in the sight of a dingy bar. Several older men, with a look in their eyes that indicated they saw things in the war they couldn’t unsee, sat at the bar. A host materialized from the shadows, and we told him we were ordering to go. He seemed immediately displeased, but nonetheless, he gave us menus and waited, always keeping one eye on us as if we were going to steal a chimichanga when he wasn’t looking. After perusing the menu, we eyed each other before steve finally got up from his seat and approached the host. “Can I place an order?” he asked. In a tone dripping with disdain, the host responded “yeah⁉️” Slightly taken aback, steve proceeded to order. With a powerful sigh, the host beckoned for the next order. We went up one by one, tentatively placing our orders. We then sat back down, awaiting our food…and our fate. Finally, the first order came out. What seemed at first glance to be a simple carnitas burrito and a quesadilla would spell our doom. Steve went to grab his food, but I realized it was my order. I went to grab the bag, but as I lifted it the host erupted. “NO NO NO NO NO” he screamed. “you just lost half your meal” he growled at me. Terrified, I was frozen in my spot as he examined the contents of the bag. Luckily, the food was intact. Shaken from the encounter, I sat back down, wondering what else would happen as the orders came out. Surprisingly, the rest of the food came out without a hitch, and we breathed a sigh of relief as we thanked the host and started leaving. “Call your parents. Tell them you’re alive. Be safe out there.” The warning echoed in our minds as we departed. Little did we know that the omens would come true. We returned to the hotel, our skepticism outweighed by our hunger. I decided to try the quesadilla first. I opened the box and was greeted by what could only be described as strings of raw beef, as if someone grated a cow into my quesadilla. Nevertheless, I was hungry, and so I dug in. The first warning sign came later, as we were leaving to watch the sunset. My stomach grumbled and I started to feel off, but this was only the calm before the storm. As we drove back to the hotel, I started feeling dizzy. I concentrated on the road, but my stomach started making noises I had only heard once before, from my $20 target blender. Lia stepped on the gas, and I found myself lying on the hotel bed. I drank some water, and for a second, I felt some relief, but suddenly I was slipping away. The voices around me got quieter, and the room got smaller, smaller, and smaller, before it faded to black. I came to with a bright light in my face, and a masked face above me. I was confused for a moment, before I realized it was the hospital. The doctor asked with a kind voice if I was ok, before explaining that my stomach needed to be pumped. It was painful, but I got through it, and after some rest, was cleared to leave. We passed hundreds of doors, all seemingly filled with poor souls having their stomachs pumped. Ok the way out, we passed the receptionist, who bid us farewell. I looked back, and the wing of the hospital had a small plaque on the wall. I squinted, and as I read it, my stomach dropped for the 100th time”
