“Amazing No Frills Banh Mi spot.
I was craving some banh mi a while back and Pho places or Mr. Lee's usually doesn't hit the spot. I happened upon this spot and was immediately excited to try it.
Nothing fancy inside, a few tables, menu, cashier table. They have a lot of different sandwiches, sides, and rice/noodle bowls as well as many drinks.
I've tried the Cold Cut, Pork, Beef, and Chicken Banh Mi and all of them are fantastic, probably some of the best that I've had and at a great price, I am partial to the Cold Cut. They are generous with the meat and are very quick in service. I've also tried the egg rolls which are delicious, but the sandwich itself is enough to fill you up.
If you're looking for a simple, well run, family owned sandwich shop, look no further.
Parking: Large parking lot, never an issue.“

“Gotta love small places like this where the owner is on deck and takes pride in his restaurant. Value to price was awesome. Bunch of Stanford students drive out here probably for this reason. The lunch sashimi bento box was outstanding. Cheers and ty for having “

“Yum yum! I love this location so much, very convenient, and the quality of their fried chicken is so crunchy. it stays crunchy after a while. Easy access inside Ranch 99.I highly recommend this location over barber lane, it's hit or miss.“

“I particularly like this autumn and winter limited edition pickled vegetable and beef rice noodles.I think the spiciness of the beef brisket stewed in spicy soup is slightly spicy, but it is very thoughtful to be able to adjust the spiciness when eating the beef and noodles separately!!The beef brisket is juicy, tender and especially sweet when cooked in stock.“

“Food was very good. Perfect for a cold weather and looking for something warm to eat.
One thing is the utensils provided on the table isn’t very sanitary. Was trying to use a knife to cut my food and found it looking like it’s used and was put back onto the clean container. So sanitary is quite questionable but the service was absolutely nice. Very efficient and friendly.“

“Came here with a friend for lunch recently, and we ordered Salmon curry udon, and shrimp udon with beef and mushrooms. We initially thought dishes might be bland, but they were so flavorful, even without us having to add more of the sauces on the table. Portion sizes were good, and overall food was delicious. It’s nice and clean in there, and we were able to sit, chat, and catch up for a while.“

“I recently visited Asian Bistro and was blown away by the quality and authenticity of the food! Every dish was bursting with flavor, and the variety on the menu is incredible. From the perfectly steamed dumplings to the crispy pork buns, everything tasted fresh and delicious.
The service was fast and friendly, and the staff was knowledgeable about the menu, helping us pick the best dishes. The ambiance was average but the delicious flavor compensate it.
If you're looking for authentic dim sum with great portions and reasonable prices, this place is a must-visit. I can't wait to come back for more!“

“Heard about this place a few times so decided to take wifey here. Got here around 5:20pm on a week night so it was still empty. Of course we had to order its signature Hainan chicken - we had it with a rice plate. My wife gave her stamp of approval on their Hainan chicken and that’s saying a lot because that’s the first one that she approved locally. The rice was pretty flavorful too. The side of sliced cucumber, quail egg and wood ear did not have much flavor, but that’s okay. Oh, the rice plate did come with a bowl of soup, but it did not have much flavor and I sort of forgot about it. I especially love it when I had a spoonful of rice, some peanuts and a small piece of chicken with the spring onion sauce all in one bite. That was heavenly.
Wifey strategized that we should have a rice plate and a noodle dish. Since this was the first time, we ordered their Special Laksa Fish Noodle Soup. The fish noodle was quite different and I was not used to eating that. Think I would have preferred ramen noodle instead, but maybe next time. The laksa broth had a lot of flavor and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The shrimp were nice and plump. We also had two appetizers: pork intestines and beef brisket & tendon. Both were not bad, but not outstanding. Their portions were bigger than most places though.
Would come back again for their Hainan chicken and maybe try some other items like their Chiu Chow marinated duck, fried chicken and fried calamari.“

“Excellent food. Pleasant surroundings. Noise level high. Not always so but big group of Gen Z/Millenials who think they rented the entire restaurant. No thought about others. Our waiter didn't hear part of our order because of the noise.“
“Delicious 8 veggie snowflake dumplings! Loved it!!! Thank you!“

“I heard the food Truck in Oakland has better tasting food than here, and I have to say, if it is then it must be real good because this food was really good. I got their Trio Burrito which has New York steak, chicken, shrimp, garlic fried rice, vegetables & yummy sauce inside. That yummy sauce is fire on the burrito I poured it on every bite. The burrito is huge and very filling. My wife and son got their combo meals which also had a lot of food. The meal my wife got was their shrimp chicken and lobster. It was a whole lobster tail and the shrimp was a pretty good size. She said the chicken however was a little dry. She couldn’t finish all of it, so for the amount you get and what you pay I’d say it’s a pretty fair deal but a little on the pricey side. Overall a fantastic experience and a must recommend to go.“
“Their war won ton soup is the best in town, always made fresh to order. If you don't have time to wait or to call ahead there is also an inexpensive quick lunch (pre-prepared and set out like panda express) which is popular with nearby workers, but I have not tried it. 2020.“

“My husband and I were skeptical about this place because we’ve tried a lot of Chinese food restaurants and they were alright. When we opened up out first take-out plates, we were absolutely surprised because it was amazing. Not only is the food delicious but its good for its price which is cheap. We come here at least once a week if we are running late on making dinner. Total recommend. Their service is also fast and they are so nice.“

“They have opened for a month and is already one of the best rated restaurant in Fremont. Service is wonderful and the food tasty. They keep and change up menu depending on availability so I think lunch will be your best bet to enjoy all their courses as they could run out at dinner!
Wonderful and relaxing outdoor seating. Highly recommend - and please try the peanut tofu - peanut is nicely blended into the tofu to make it extra creamy and thick!!“

“Very rare full five stars but this place deserves it. Probably one of the best Japanese food I’ve ever had. The teriyaki chicken is so good and is properly cooked. I don’t think you can go wrong here especially where there is like 6 people in the whole massive place. I would def recommend
Parking: Much parking don’t worry“

“This is takeout only, and the food is fantastic. The only raw fish they do is salmon but it's the freshest, most buttery I've found anywhere in the area. We've been coming here for months and it's always this good. Delivery is fast and dependable. Please go here and make sure they stay in business!“
