“Soo good had to take a bite before the picture. I’ve been going to this place in SF for years . So happy they open a shop near union city. Same great quality. Delicious thick Vietnamese sandwich. Beautifully rises fresh baked bread. Everything taste like it was made from scratch. Yummm. Highly recommend the pork sandwich. The price reflects the quality.“

“Had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes to get seated since the place was packed, but it was worth it. We went with three people and the total came to around 100 dollars with tip, so it can get a little pricey.
We tried the eggs Benedict, beef brisket burrito, and chilaquiles, along with a pistachio latte and Mexican hot chocolate. Everything tasted really fresh and flavorful.
The standout for me was definitely the chilaquiles. The eggs Benedict was good too, not the best I have ever had, but the potatoes on the side were incredible. They had perfect crunch and amazing seasoning. The burrito was tasty, though not my favorite, but honestly nothing disappointed.
The drinks were amazing. The pistachio latte was super creamy and the Mexican hot chocolate had the perfect temperature, creaminess, and foam. Service was friendly and attentive even when it was crowded.
We noticed an extra seven dollar charge for a drink on the receipt, but they were quick and kind enough to refund it the next day. Overall, a really solid experience with great food, great drinks, and a lively atmosphere.“

We spoke to a gentleman about the last minute issue and he was more than willing to accommodate us to get an order out on a 48 hour notice - I am so so so grateful
So we ordered a greek salad with feta which arrived very fresh and it was delicious!! We had a charcuterie type tray along with the 3-cheese pasta. We also had a tray of garlic bread which we forgot to get a picture of. Our team really enjoyed the food and we are definitely going to add this caterer for future orders. “Went to the San Ramon City Center Farmer’s Market and decided to try these tamales out. I bought the Chicken & Pork Tamales as well as the green Tomatillo Salsa to go with it. “Real, honest BBQ. I had the 2 meat combo with brisket, ribs, mac & cheese and potato salad. Best BBQ I have had since I was in Austin Texas! The owner was working hard with the rest of his employees and was the one to take my order. He seemed very nice and was helpful. I work within walking distance so I can see myself becoming a regular here. Canyons is an excellent addition to Castro Valley's food scene.“

“Upon entry, I found the associates courteous with their smiles and slight bowing from the waist. A very Asian trait that, on top of the recording of the music of internationally renowned Arjit Singh in the background, added authenticity to the place. The servers were professional yet very warm and friendly. I ordered the flat bread with broccoli and onions, with a request to tone down the spiciness because of a previously bad experience with Indian food in San Diego. The flat bread was served hot with the delicious aroma of the spices wafting from the generous helping of the round bread that filled the entire 12" diameter pan! I was able to see and enjoy the taste of both the broccoli and onions in the flat bread. It was even served with a side of sliced fresh onions in vinegar and soy sauce together with another side of white sauce that tasted like cream of broccoli soup. Everything on the table, including a complimentary mango-with-yogurt drink, was a perfect blend, and I did not have to drench the table napkin nor my shirt with my sweat due to the level of spices tolerated by Indians but excessive to non-Indians. They gave me, a non-Indian, a spicy meal that I relished earlier this evening! Kudos to the entire staff!“
