“Went here on a whim since I felt the craving for ice cream. It's been years since the last time I've got Coldstone, so I wasn't really sure what's so special about it. Then I quickly remembered that they basically do one those cold stone tablets to mix the ice cream with the toppings. There were too many choices, so I just (sorta) randomly picked the cookie dough and a few toppings. They also have this to-go containers which is pretty handy if you want to do takeaway (since that's pretty much the only option these days). The person making my ice cream even put the leftover in a small cup so I had a bit extra. Very nice and definitely not complaining.“

“Food is really good, real bread bun and fresh meat, meant to be delicious not appealing. Really good shakes, however the large is the size of McDonald’s xxl soda and is $10+. Spent $50 for 2 people, but was really good. Also they don’t wear gloves here when preparing food, but facility seems clean and employees working hard. Also the cashier manually calculates the total off the top off her head so maybe not accurate…“

“The ice cream is amazing. The texture is difficult to describe but it is soft and creamy. I got the Oreo flavor and I made the mistake of only getting one scoop. But I will be back.

I also tried my cousins ice cream and she got one scoop of corn and one scoop of cheese, hear me out and give it a try if you're feeling adventurous. It may not be typical ice cream flavors but they were amazing!!

They do not do free taste samples though unfortunately, but I can understand. Some people just take advantage of free samples/tastings and they are located in a busy intersection that is very close to a high school so imagine if they had to give free samples to every single person... They should at least look into charging for samples because I want to try some flavors without committing to a whole scoop. I would definitely pay for like a little sample platter for sure.“

“I saw a worker from another place come back from break holding a churro. I had to ask where, this shop was two doors down. First I ordered the churro and then I saw the fun ice cream varieties. Settled on a refreshing soursop, it had seeds! My friend got a dried fruit and he said that grew on him. There are many other flavors to try next time. Service was nice, there are a couple of tables to sit and eat other snacks that they make as well. PS the churros were OK, crispy and sweet but the middle was not as crispy as fresh out of a fry vat in Mexico.“

“A friend suggested this place to me yesterday so of course I had to pop in to check it out. I walked in and immediately noticed how clean it was. Not only was the owner there, but he was super friendly and told me and my daughter about how he makes the ice cream himself with the help of his wife. The beef dumplings, chicken kabobs, and lamb curry were unbelievably flavorful, and even the lentils were perfectly seasoned. “The staff here is always friendly and helpful. They always find a way to accommodate a request even if it is last minute. For example they took care of me on Saturday when I needed a cake for my son's birthday party on Sunday without any complaints even though I was the one asking late. At the Santa Cruze Ave location in Menlo Park I was told that all I could so was choose from what was in the display fridge. Props to Carlos at the EPA location who even gave me his personal cell to make sure everything was seamless! And the cake was super yummy as well!!!“

It was the next day like 3 or 4 in the afternoon so I went into the store and one of the employees remembered from the day before about somebody didn't come pick up there order. “I've never tried Yomie's other locations in Sydney and elsewhere, but I was curious about their concoction after reading reviews and drove over on a Monday around dinnertime. It shares its space with Full House Cafe, between Bank of America and H&R Block. There was absolutely no wait at all, and my drink came out in under 5 minutes. Although the prices are a little high, I personally enjoyed my original purple rice yogurt drink ($6.15, w/o tax). I tried to ask for it at 50% sweetness, based off other reviewers' opinions that the yogurt was too sweet, but the staff said it wasn't possible for this particular drink.That said, I thought the tang of the yogurt does come through (it reminds me of Yakult, but nicely thicker), and found the purple rice pleasantly toothsome and not too overcooked, as others have stated. For what it's worth, my husband isn't so much a fan of purple rice, and did not like this drink (haha). Honestly, I'm not sure the combination was a match made in heaven, as I was very aware of the yogurt flavor and texture, separate from the rice texture... but I enjoyed the snack overall! May at some point come back to try their other flavors, perhaps if there's ever a promotion...“
