“My wife and I finally stopped in at Beola's after multiple Vet visits down the street for the pup. So glad we did. While in town we have been trying multiple places in the area while our pup was undergoing multiple treatments. We ordered the chicken and waffles and OMG! We have never had such a good flavorful waffle. The chicken was Moist and tender. Also ordered a side of Mac and cheese 🤤 🤤 still thinking about that cheesy bowl of Mac! Can't wait to go back.“

Our server was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that we all had what we needed and our drinks were refilled. One detail (among many others) that stood out to me right away was the quality and presentation of thier kids menu items. Gus's BBQ is a place that makes you want to come back again and again. “Happened to be in the area. Stopped by , a little difficult to spot if you do not the place. Small parking lot on one side and a couple of handicap spots on the opposite side of building. With a ramp access to the entrance. They offer seating at the bar. Booth seating along with tables & chairs. The ribs were tasty with a good bite. Pulled pork was tender & juicy. The brisket was over cooked, little dry and to firm. Mac & cheese was hot , cheesy and lite. Mashed potatoes a little to salty. Tri tip was not available that day. Salad with chopped up cherry tomatoes. Baked beans had some personal spices added to get past the canned variety taste. They offer a big screen TV in the bar area. Public restrooms are available. The hours have changed to 4-10pm only. Lunch is no longer available with the buffet selection they previously offered. Just walk in and seat yourself. This would be more like a neighborhood spot. They are on the pricey side. Portion sizes are adequate.“

“Picked up a truck load frozen chicken from here.park on street and check in at office. Have to back in from street unto the docks nice and slowly. It's a quite street so shouldn't b a problem. Newbies might struggle a little bit. Best bet is to wait untill both the docks are empty since they load fast. All the best drivers 👍👍“

“Saw an ad for Joey's in a travel magazine, and decided to try them. Ordered bbq beef ribs and chicken with sides on line. Got there at the pickup time and had to wait, as they were really busy. Did feel a little impatient having to wait, but when I came home with the food, it is simply some of the best bbq that I have had in some while. The food is delicious. “Very good food, period. Enough meat on the bibimbap to actually tell there's something on top of the rice. Soup comes boiling, not microwaved. Sides are yummy.

I don't care where I seat , if there's fancy music or if the servers hop around me . If I want a larp I go to the ren faire. They are attentive enough for a guy dining by himself, and that's a lot to say.

I called and they asked to come back and my order was ready as soon as I arrived. Most people would not give 5 stars for missing items but the way it was handled shows exceptional service. They do not have a lot of options for Hawaiian BBQ but their sushi rolls and egg rolls are amazing.“

“My family likes to have Hawaiian food about 3-4 times a month. We only come here now. I used to think all Hawaiian food tasted pretty much the same no matter where you get it from. Well maybe the bbq chicken does but if you like your Bbq Beef super tender and full of flavor and your Katsu with juicy chicken on the inside, then you have to get it from Young’s. Other places serve dried up katsu and the beef is not soft or flavorful. Young’s BBQ does it right and never disappoints. Their BBQ Beef and crack Macaroni are my favorites. I need that recipe.“

“This place just popped up and, despite the location, all of the old reviews and pictures are for the Korean fried chicken joint. Ignore that. This place is great. Fresh noodles, everything is steamed and super clean, it's reasonably priced, and it's a nice place to sit down and have some of the best noodles around. This is a different style compared to some of the other places in Rancho, so give this a try and you won't regret it.“
