“My favorite location to stop by. Employees are always respectful and quick with my drink and food. Customer service is spectacular and makes me feel welcome even on the busiest days. I regularly refer my family and friends to this location for their excellence in quality and speed.“

“My Coffee Frappuccino is always made correctly!!! Jorge is the best with a dynamic smile and greeting every time! The rest of the staff is great too! My only suggestion for this location is to close the egg bite bags with the printed label, forks to eat with, and toasted a bit more. Hats off to a great team of workers!“

Recommendations: Mobile pickup is allowed, so is indoor and taking out.
Recommendations for staff: Honestly respect them, because otherwise you can get trespassed. (There is also Upland Police and sometimes security who monitor around this store) So BEHAVE.

If your going to be going to this Starbucks, sometimes the person who asks for your order is always rushing or being quick and planning like they have to get somewhere fast even if no one is behind you.
He or she will rush, not wait, be inpatient and won’t care sometimes.

“I especially enjoy the Starbucks inside. It's nice to have something to drink while I shop. I never use to be a Starbucks drinker until now. The girls are super friendly and they demonstrate great customer service. My favorite Barista's are Jayme and Taylor. I love that they share their personal favorites and make recommendations to my likings.“

“This store staff is awesome. I went to a Starbucks and they gave me the wrong order. I didn't realize until I left and was closer to my destination near this location. This Starbucks replaced my drink for me no questions asked. Thats hella customer service. They were super busy on a Sunday morning too. Thank you for making my morning!“

“We went through drive thru and since my husband was driving he pulled out without asking if we were done and well they gave us no napkins or a spoon. We got a chocolaty chocolate 9/10, ginger bread latter 7/10 & vanilla oatmeal shaken espresso 8/10, cheese danish not 10/10 & avocado spread 9/10 without a knife or spoon to spread , you be the judge should utensils and napkins been a automatic . Ok well either way we still like Starbucks but hopefully we get all we need without having to ask or our ride leaving drive through without letting us ask.see you next time but maybe another Starbucks instead.“
