“Had one of the best coffee shop experiences with the barista. His name was AIDEN. Such a homie. He had longer hair and he was the kindest barista ever. I came in to use the restroom and then decided to order, and he interacted and kindly took my order making me feel like a friend farther than just a customer. I forgot to order dairy-free and he exchanged the cup, AND got me a bigger size for no charge. He interacted, was kind, and super friendly. We then went back through drive through to get a drink and he once again was so kind to give us our drink on the house. He seems like a great guy with lots of gratitude and made me have one of best experiences ever at a coffee shop. Bless him, I hope he gets a raise, succeeds in life and wish this store all the best and lots of success! It was more than just a free drink, it was the genuine kindness, positivity, and happiness that he had. Great experience!“
“This is a message to the owner.
My family and I are pass holders to Disneyland. This Starbucks is our halfway point stop. Usually the service is great and the people are great but on 7/20 in the early evening on our way home we did our usual stop and the young lady that helped us was just completely rude and out of line. This does not mean that we will not continue to stop at your store but if we do stop and this individual attempts to help us we will just leave and not do our usual purchases. All I did is come back and ask for a cup of ice. Nothing more. When I return to my vehicle noticeably upset my daughter asked me what happened and I explained to her. She then told me that that same young lady had been rude to her and my wife during our initial purchase. I do not intend to change my rating unless this type of service continues.“

“I always have a pleasant experience here...I’ve been shopping here since it opened on Copper Hill. I will say the people in the deli section are not pleasant. Pete is very rude and always seems to be unhappy. I just had a bad experience with him for the hundredth time and will no longer visit their deli section. Other than that the place is great 😊“
“I think this is a perfect location for a Starbucks. It's easy to visit and get your favorite beverages. They are knowledgeable and friendly service second to none. You can pre-order or go thru drive-through even walking in is quick to get your favorites. I highly recommend that you visit and see for yourself the great service.“
