Aleksandra, Sadee, Corrina and The rest of the staff are a lot of fun we spent a lot of time asking them about which pole I should try. I finally settled on the ribeye steak bowl with no rice… I had to have the garlic Serano sauce which Karina made clear was her favorite and turned out to be mine too but I had to add a couple packets of hot sauce the grapefruit drink I was enjoying was perfect with the spicy flavor and the meat was cooked to perfection! the store is kept very clean! Waba Wednesday means two chicken bowls for $12.99!“

“Delicious Chinese food with unique menu items all delivered in a fantastic old school Hollywood atmosphere. From the pictures on the wall of the great stars of the past and the booths where Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe and Burt Reynolds hung out, you can feel the history and reminisce about the past. The boa, lettuce wraps, scallion pancakes, fried tofu, and chicken salad all were excellent choices. They also had great drink choices. The only downside was that parking was in a paid parking lot and the restaurant prices were very high.“

“This unassuming Thai restaurant served great, tasty Thai food! We ordered pad kee mao and panang curry, both with chicken and 5 stars spicy level. They were both absolutely delicious! They were not skimpy with the ingredients. The only problem was it needs free refill of the broth because it was damn good! Pad kee mao hits the spot too! The 5 stars spicy level was just right for us, for others might be too spicy. Also appreciate the fact that the price for the brown rice is the same as the white rice. Absolutely recommend this Thai place if you're in the area and we will definitely come back next time!“

“Enchant LA in Koreatown is such a beautiful and elegant spot for brunch, lunch, or dinner. The vibes are whimsical, upscale, and perfect for any occasion! I got there around 11 a.m., which was great timing for brunch, but I couldn’t resist trying some of their lunch dishes too. The seafood pasta and the Toowomba pasta they were both absolutely delicious — creamy, flavorful, and the portions were huge and super fulfilling!

Their drinks also hit the mark — I tried the coffee latte and the strawberry matcha, and both were amazing! Smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced.

Later in the evening, the space transforms into Enchant Bar, offering cocktails, mixed drinks, and a completely different dinner menu with an elevated, nighttime vibe. Im definitely coming back for that.

“Tranquil spot with various omakase options. Came here with my family for an early dinner and made a reservation online beforehand. We opted for the Sushi Bar Omakase for $109 which came with 8 courses (including dessert). A couple of courses had multiple pieces, and we left very full. The blue crab hand roll was my favorite part; it was huge, hot, and the sauce that accompanied it was delicious. The fish was super fresh and the pieces kept coming. It was fun to watch them being prepared right in front of us at the bar (there are table seats as well). We enjoyed our meal and I would recommend this for special occasions or a way to treat yourself.“

“I tried looking for other places where I can study at night without feeling like I’m stuck at the library but came back to tk. While there may be other choices nearby it’s not as warm and friendly. Tk has accessible snacks as well as drinks, good wifi, a bathroom, parking that doesn’t suck, and friendly workers. I like their chicken curry bowl and their spam musubi came out piping hot!“

“Me and my boyfriend had hookah and drinks here after dinner at yamshiro (upstairs) our server recommended this lounge so we checked it out after dinner. You have to have reservations on the weekends here as it gets pretty busy but luckily the host made something work for us I believe her name was Maria. She was beyond sweet and kind and stunning too!!! We had such a beautiful time, she gave us the best seats on the beautiful patio as we over looked the view! I highly recommend you guys go here. This restaurant has great food, beautiful views and a very welcoming atmosphere so they don't need to negotiate prices. However, our party was on a budget and to our very pleasant surprise, the manager worked with us to fit the evening into our limited budget. The service was outstanding and the food, well, I'm repeating myself but, again, absolutely amazing! Some establishments are willing to work within people's budgets, but the food and service level tends to reflect the lower pricing but that was NOT the case here: We were treated as if we were the only people in attendance that evening. The occasion was bitter/sweet because we lost a loved one but, by the end of the evening, we felt as if we had spent the evening at a family member's house and we will NEVER forget this evening, on many levels. Chang’s around, as we’ve been to quite a few in Southern California. Staff is always polite and professional, and I want to give a big “thank you” to our server, Aliyah. She was so friendly, sweet, accommodating, and is exceptionally good at her job, and it really showed! We’ve had some good and bad dinning experiences at other restaurants in the past, so it’s nice and refreshing to know that people like Aliyah truly care about the customer experience. It also reflects well on the management—that being, they spend the time and effort in training and employing great staff like her.

The guy at the front counter might seem a little serious at first, but once you’ve been there a few times you realize he’s actually a cool guy who always makes sure your order’s right before you leave. She was so pleasant, helpful and upbeat that I had to look around and make sure I was still in LA/North Valley. That girl has a future above and beyond Teriyaki Madness.
